An Angel Amongst the Stars (Supernatural x Doctor Who)

At night, Sam and Dean jumped a fence leading onto a private property and looked around so as to see if they got caught. A sign on the fence read 'Danger keep out'.

After kicking in some boards and getting into the house, the Dean began to look around the main floor with a torch. Sam noticed a place on the wall where the paper had begun peeling and reached up to tear it back, first finding the word:

          Beware. 

"Dean!" Sam called out. Dean walked over as Sam pulled back more: 

          The Weeping angel  

Sam pulled back even more: 

          Oh, and duck! Really duck! 

Sam pulled back, even more, staring at the sight of the next message:

          Idjits! Duck, now.

Dean heard glass break and pushed Sam down as they ducked and a large stone hit the wall where their heads were. Dean looked at the stone with disbelief and turned to the window, using his torch in an attempt to find the culprit, seeing only a Weeping Angel statue. He moved toward the window, Sam returned to the wall and removed the last strip of paper:

          Love from Ange and the Doctor (1969). 

Dean looked at the message "Son of a bitch,"

"Kathy?" Sally called out into a hallway.

The Doctor was on a monitor screen in a room at the far end. "Yet. They're coming. They're coming for you, but listen, your life could depend on this. Don't blink. Don't even blink. Blink and you're dead. They are fast, faster than you can believe. Don't turn your back, don't look away, and don't blink. Good luck,"

There were lots of screens in the room with the image of the Doctor on them, and one with him and Angela.

The mobile phone by a bed rang.

"Hello?" Kathy asked

"Bit freaked. Need to talk. Making you a coffee," Sally said over the phone in the kitchen.

"Sally Sparrow, it's one in the morning." Kathy explained, "Do you think I'm coming round at one in the morning?"

"No," Sally replied "I'm in the kitchen. What's that on all those screens in your front room?"

"Oh, God. Oh, God." Kathy muttered "Sally, you've met my brother Ed, haven't you?"

"No,"

"You're about to,"

The door opened and a man, who was naked at least down to three inches below his navel appeared.

"Okay. Not sure, but really, really hoping. Pants?" Ed asked

"No," Sally told him

"Put them on! Put them on!" Kathy exclaimed "I hate you! What're you thinking?"

Ed drifted away.

"Sorry. My useless brother. Sally? What's wrong? What's happened?"

Sally and Kathy climbed the gates of Wester Drumlin in daylight.

"Okay, let's investigate! You and me, girl investigators." Kathy said "Love it. Hey! Sparrow and Nightingale. That so works,"

"Bit ITV," Sally noted

"I know!"

The duo walked into the entrance hall.

"What did you come here for anyway?" Kathy asked.

"I love old things. They make me feel sad," Sally explained

"What's good about sad?" Kathy asked

"It's happy for deep people," Sally noticed a message on the wall "That wasn't there before,"

"Who the hell are you?"

Sally and Kathy turned around to see Sam, Dean, and Castiel standing behind them. "My name's Sally Sparrow and this is my friend Kathy Nightingale,"

"Sparrow and Nightingale," Sam smirked

"That's what I said!" Kathy exclaimed

"And you are?" Sally asked

"My name's Dean and this is my brother Sam and our friend..." Dean looked behind him to see Castiel was missing "Cas?"

The group followed Dean to the conservatory where Castiel was looking at the garden.

"The Weeping Angel," Cas noted

"Not bad in my garden," Kathy said

"It's moved,"

"It's what?" Sally asked

"Since yesterday. It's closer. It's got closer to the house,"

The Doorbell rang and Sally and Kathy walked off leaving the boys looking at the angel statue.

"What are these things, Cas?" Dean asked, "What do you know?"

"They're the ghosts of our dead. Mutants of human vengeance," Castiel explained

"How do we kill it?" Sam asked

"I don't know," Cas admitted.
