Brandi's POV

I pushed myself up, running into her arms in taking her scent. "What's the matter sweetie?" I looked up star struck. I didn't know what to say or do. "I was just having a bad day." I replied, snuggling, she wrapped her arms around me letting me get closer. Laura stood by watching silently, arms crossed with a look of disapproval. Demi let me go smiling. "Awww is someone jealous? Come here I'll give you a hug." She let laura in the embrace and wrapped her arms around us before getting eye level with me. I was in a daze staring into those chocolate shaded eyes. I smiled and she mirrored my reaction. "What happened? I want to know."

Demi's POV

I locked eyes with the next brunette headed girl in line but she glanced over at her blonde-headed friend who was crying. The blonde-haired girl immediately ran off, pushing through the crowd. The other one went to chase after her and I looked at the empty line and back at the photographers. "I'm going after that girl." I said walking away from the meet and greet ignoring the angry sighs from them. Marissa Emerged from behind me and tried to stop me but I moved away. "Demi stop!" I stood still. "I wanna find her." "It's not worth it Dems. You don't know if it's a trap." I caught a glimpse of the girls friend as I started running after them. Lovatics now surrounded me, blocking my path and I quickly pushed past them running through the crowd of people everyone's jaws dropped around me as I kept my pace. I turned the corner and caught sight of the bathrooms the brunette friend was about to walk in but I pushed myself going faster and caught her by the shoulder as I prepared for fangirling but she only sighed, turning to face me I could tell she was trying to keep her cool. "Wha-what are you doing here?" I smiled. "It's my concert silly why wouldn't I be here?" She just turned around trying to leave. "No, stop can I talk to her first?" She just shook herself out of her daze and agreed. "Let me go in first and tell her that someone wants to talk to her." I shrugged walking in with her but I stayed on the other side of the wall waiting for my cue to enter. I don't know why I was following her or why I was focused on her but all I do know is that I felt like I had to help her. "Brandi, someone wants to see you." That was my cue. I hugged the wall as made myself visible to the broken girl. Her face lit up and I let my arms open themselves to her. She looked up at me, smiling. "What's the matter sweetie?" I asked hoping for an honest response. "I was just having a bad day." That was a lie and I knew it the second it left her lips." I let the other girl come in for a hug and we sat the for a second before the Brandi's friend walked out when her phone started ringing. "What happened, I want to know." She shook her head tears about to spill and I wiped away one. "Okay let's start over, I'm Demi and your name is?" I knew it already but I wanted to hear it from her to make sure. She smiled. "Who doesn't know your name and mine is Brandi, my friends name is Laura." I nodded. "So tell me what happened Brandi." She shook head. "I don't have much time to talk I've got sound check in a couple of minutes." I sighed, looking at
Phone. "Okay Natalie just texted me I have to go." I turned around to walk out but she grabbed onto my shirt making me soon around. "I'm sorry, I just don't want to talk about it right now." I shook my head and she looked up at me with pleading eyes. "I understand but I have to go." She let the tears in her eyes spill and that was my breaking point. "Come with me. You and Laura both." I walked out with Brandi and caught sight of Laura on the phone. "Laura! Over here." She ran over smiling. "Yes?" I smiled and continued walking with them both trailing behind I could hear them fan-girling and snickering. I'm in trouble now. I smiled brightly at the thought of seeing firsthand what lovatics were like. "Hey one more time and I'll go find me some different friends okay?" I turned around hiding my smile. "What? We're your friends?" They asked with disbelief. "Of course, you two seem really cool." We turned the corner and entered the backstage. "Why are we back here?" I stopped abruptly and turned around leaning in. "I'm sneaking you back to my dressing room so keep your heads down." I whispered as they both turned to each other smiles playing across their faces and they hugged. "Okay, chill act normal." I whispered. Turning around and leading them to my dressing room. I opened the door and walked inside. "Behold my room." I said with sarcasm, laughing. "Wow." They both admired the room before them. "You two can stay in here and watch from backstage."
