(Y/N)'s POV

I went to bed feeling this weird feeling for Hana is this a crush feeling do I have a thing for her? I wouldn't know since I never had a crush feeling before since I spent most of my life back at boot camp. And why did she kissed me? Was it to comfort me. If so thanks Hana. I needed that.

The Next Day

(Y/N)'s POV

I wake up from my alarm clock. It's currently 8am, I look to my nightstand and grabbed my phone. I turn it on and my notification bar has two new message. One is from Hana and she ask me if I want to go and get breakfast together I said sure so I got off my bed and headed to the bathroom to take a morning shower and brush my teeth. I put on a pair of pants but before I finished putting on my shirt I heard a knock on my door "just a second please" I say. When I finished putting on my shirt I opened the door, it was Hana she was in her D.Va hoodie and sweat pants with those bunny slippers she had on yesterday.

Hana: "Good morning (Y/N)." She said with a cheery simile "You ready to go."

(Y/N): "Yeah just one second." I reached for my phone but before I left my room I turned on the phone to check the other message. It was a private message from Jack Morrison. He said to show up in your Mjolnir Armor at 10:30am at the assembly room because he's going to announce me being the new Overwatch member and first Spartan on the team. Hana looked at me a bit worried.

Hana: "Is everything aright (Y/N)?"

(Y/N): "Yeah everything's fine, it's just that there is going to be a assembly at 11am to honour me because I'm the newest member plus the first Spartan on the team."

Hana: "Oh right, I went through that too when I first joined. I'll wear something nice just for you." She said that quite cheerfully.

(Y/N): "You don't have to wear something nice just for me Hana."

Hana: "Yeah but I want to (Y/N)."

(Y/N): "Okay what ever you want."

I head to the Mess Hall with Hana and I can smell the food from a distance. I grabbed a plate of (favourite breakfast) with a glass of orange juice while Hana grabbed a plate of waffles with maple syrup and a glass of orange juice. Me and Hana were looking for a spot to eat but we couldn't find one, but later some of Hana's friend were signaling us to come and join them, so we did. After breakfast I read the time on my phone 9:24am I still had some time before I needed to be at the Assembly.

(Y/N): "Hey Hana, is there anything we could do in the meantime, Since I got sometime to kill?"

Hana: "We could go and play video games at my room if you want."

(Y/N): "Sure."

I entered her room and played a couple rounds of (your game of choice), while still trying to remember how to use the controller. By the time it turned 10:10am I decide to go and get changed and let Hana get changed.

When I had my Mjolnir Armor on I walked outside my room to see some Overwatch agent making there way to the assembly room. Some were in their casual clothes while other were wearing their military uniform. I walked to Hana's door but before I could knock on her door, it opened and she looked stunning.

She was wearing a pink tee shirt that had her bunny logo on it, that was tucked underneath her bright blue tight jeans with some dark pink slip on shoes on her feet. She had a dark blue denim jacket over her tee shirt, she rolled her sleeves halfway up her elbow. Her hair was done nicely, she didn't tie it or anything she just straighten it probably with her hair straightener. She had little bunny earrings on both her ears and on her two cheeks she had what appears to be big pink whiskers. And she had put on nice smelling perfume.

Hana: "How do I look (Y/N)?"

(Y/N): "You look great, I was just expecting you to be wearing a dress."

Hana: "Aww... thanks (Y/N), you look great too. Hana tried to look away to hide her blush

We  made our way to the Assembly Room where I went upstage and sat in a chair along side Jack Morrison and Winston next to the podium stand while Hana sat in the front row. When the room was full Morrison want up to the podium stand and began his speech.

Morrison: "Good morning fellow Overwatch heros. We're here today to honour the newest and first ever Spartan on the team." The crowd cheered and clapped for me. "We didn't expect to have one on our team but thanks to our recent activity and a bit of luck we found one and later had the UNSC agree with this exchange." Morrison kept going on his speech before he called me onto the podium stand.

I walked up to the podium stand with pride while the crowd cheered and clapped, I shook Morrison hand and he handed me a medal that was in a metal case with a glass window in the center where I can see a shiny medal inside with my name engraved on it. Morrison left me alone at the podium stand to sit next to Winston.

I didn't prepare a speech so decided to just wing it and say thanks. I began my speech

(Y/N): "Well it's such an honour to be here and to fight along side you all. All of you guys here were ranked the best out of all your piers and it feels good to be the best Spartan out of my piers. But I wouldn't be here if it weren't for somebody, you all know her as D.Va otherwise know as the pro gamer herself. Yes Hana Song was the one who got me here, if it weren't for her I don't know where I would be now. Thank you Hana."

I looked at Hana and I could tell she was madly blushing at my comment. The crowd cheered and clapped for both me and Hana while I made my way off stage.

I later regrouped with Hana outside the assembly room and walked together to the mess hall. We both had lunch and I decide to drop off my Mjolnir Armor off at the lab so Winston could analysis my armor.
