This is the "sequel" to my other book Overprotective. I understand that some people didn't want this book, but I am writing it anyways. Thank you and enjoy!

I woke up and sighed. Never in my life had I been so sad to go to school. The summer had been amazing and I wasn't ready to go back to tests and homework, and not to mention the bullies.

"Erika you better be up!" My father yelled through the closed door. I sighed once more before getting up and walking to the bathroom. Even though there was three of us we had two bathrooms. I luckily got to one before Jane and Cody and took a shower before brushing my teeth and putting my hair into a ponytail.

I went back to my room and put on one of my favorite outfits.

It was simple and comfortable so I wore a lot. I sat down in front of my vanity and started on my makeup. When I finished I grabbed my backpack and went downstairs. My family wasn't rich, but we weren't considered poor.

"Erika are you eating here?" My mother asked from her seat at the table.

"No. I was planning on eating at school again this year." I lied. My mother and father still didn't know about the bullying. To be honest nobody in my family knew about the bullying. Because of the bullying I had decided not to eat very much. I only ate dinner.

"Hey mom do you know where my cleats are?" Cody yelled running down the stairs.

"I put the in your closet yesterday. They're by your basketball shoes." She answered.

"I don't know where my basketball shoes are!" He yelled. She rolled her eyes before shooing him up the stairs. I laid my head on the table and sighed closing my eyes.

"Morning sweetheart." My father greeted kissing the top of my head. I lifted my head just a little bit to look at him before setting it back down.

"Are you okay?" He questioned pouring his cup of coffee.

"I'm fine." I snapped. He turned to look at me and raised an eyebrow.

"Do you want to repeat that?" He asked setting his coffee down and crossing his arms. I shook my head about to answer when Jane skipped down the stairs talking to someone on her phone.

"So what time are we meeting?" She questioned sitting down next to me. I rolled my eyes before walking back up the stairs so that I didn't have to hear her conversation with her boyfriend who used to be my friend until I realized that he was just using me to get closer to Jane.

When I got back upstairs I went into my room and closed the door. None of my family knew about it, but I had a diary that I kept hidden. I wrote down everything that the bullies said to me. I got out and started looking through it. Whenever I was bored I would look through it to remind me.

"Erika let's go!" Cody yelled banging on my door. I sighed and followed him out to his car. Time to start another year.
