Forever "Harry"

Okay, what do you think about when you hear the word, 'funny'?" you asked him one night. You were laying in his bed, your chin propped in your hands and your legs in the air, crossing and uncrossing lazily as you asked him your question. "Hmmm," he stared up at his ceiling and debated. "I think of that time I pied you on your birthday," he laughed. Playfully, you swatted him on the shoulder. "That was anything but funny, I had icing up my nose for weeks." He smiled at you, green eyes sparkling in the dim lighting. "Like I said, funny." He was infuriating, your best friend, which was why it was so hard to believe that you'd loved him for as long as you could remember. "What do you think about the word 'forever'?" You asked a moment later. When his eyes met yours, he smiled. "Honestly?" he asked, rolling to face you. With a nod from you, he took your hand. "When I think of forever, I just see you. For the rest of my life, I see us." His hand wrapped around yours and he gave you a timid smile. "I always have.
