Chapter 20:Emails

Melody POV

Today was the day , I was getting out of the hospital. So I bet you are wonder how Aiden and I are. First you are probably wonder about the baby first of all. In reality, We have no clue if the baby was a girl but the doctor suggested it was.

Aiden and I were finally taking it to heart that she just didn't wanna come out yet. This wasn't our time to have a baby girl. We still had 4 days left in Hawaii so we were going on a date.

But I keep blaming myself, I keep wondering why she left us. Why did she had to leave us , I would have cared for her . Aiden has been blaming himself but for some reason we are glad one of our baby is still there.This baby will be our little miracle but I am afraid of one thing.

Will he brought into a happy home or a broken one?

As I soaked into my thoughts, I felt a weight on my shoulder. Looking up I saw a smiling Aiden , eyes gleaming down at me. The butterflies kicked in as he leaned down and our lips connected. my eyes closed as he slowly reached for my cheek. His lips kissed me slower as ran his hand down my cheek.

Smiling into our kiss , we pulled away and put our forehead together. Sighing in contentment , He sat on my hospital bed and stroked my hair .

"We will get through this Melody, It just wasn't her time ." He started to run his hand through my hair and hugs me. I felt the emotions of losing a child hit me again but i shake it off.

" I wanna take you out tonight. " Aiden smiles and walks over to a shopping bag. He smirks as I looked at him confused. The smile that was on his face was of pure happiness . He handed me a bag with the name etched across Guess .

I clapped in joy as I pulled out a nice box. I threw the lid off and gasps when I saw his gift. It was a beautiful Black , strapless gown with black lace and flowing to the ground. The light shimmer added character and the length made it stunning. I looked up at a smirking Aiden and I sighed.

"Come here you crazy" I moved the box to the side and jumped off the hospital bed. His arms were open wide as I jumped into them.  He spins me around quickly but soon after puts his lips on mine. My hand landed on his cheek as I brought him closer. He moved his hand down to my hip and rub up and down.

He started to reach for my back when the knocking was heard. Groaning in protest , He opened the door to find my father. My dad looked at him with a straight look and then he looked at me smiling.

"Honey you ready to go? "He said as he wheeled in the wheelchair. I just nodded in response and sat on the chair, not before getting my box . We walked out in silence until we reach the car. It was our rental car and Aiden helped me into the back seat. My dad waved goodbye to us as he jumped into his car.

Aiden was telling me about his childhood as we drove to our hotel. When we made it , I smiled as he became protective. He helped me out , not letting me fall or get hurt. He was being sweet Aiden, the one I am in love with.

We checked in and headed to the 34th floor. I couldn't believe he stilled wants to be with me. The room he got was a honeymoon suite with one large bed and master bath, a small kitchen and a cute living room.

"I am going restroom , I'll be back " Aiden said and walked away. I slumped down to the couch.

Why did she leave me?

Did she not want me as a mom?

Why do I care? No honestly why do I really care?

I felt the emotions build up so I quickly grab my phone. I looked at my emails until I meet one in particular by the name of Jenna.
