Chapter 27: Be mine

I did all that I could I hired every person that I knew who can track James down and whoever was following melody.  Hired four investigators, told the police who found a hacker to find me more crap on James. Melody was getting very suspicious she started noticing I came home from work late. Besides the fact that I couldn't walk and be home with her ,Nicholas was with her the whole time, but she felt the avoidance on her.

I didn't want to avoid her but I had to, if I was trying to find her mom and try to find James. As soon as my team started to research and he disappeared sources say he's in Hawaii right now but I need to find him before our son is born.

James knows everything about melody he also knows about my unborn child which scares me! I don't know what he can do to my family but I will not stand for it. Melody is my life and I won't let James ,her mother ,my mother interfere with it.

I got a call while laying down in bed with melody I saw it was with the area code I've never seen so I knew it was my hired employees. She looked at me in confusion and I told her that it was just work she rolled her eyes and when on watching TV.

I jumped on my wheelchair and willed myself to the bathroom.

As soon as they lock the door I turned on the faucet and started to talk.

"Give me news !" my knuckles were red as I was so nervous to hear on the news.

"Sir , he is hawaii with her mom . Her mom has no clue that we are here. " I groaned as I wished I could go to hawaii and kill them both. I can't leave my love or our child and go to hawaii and put these assholes in jail.

"I'm going to call her father, bring him to California, my child and my girlfriend will not have to deal with this call the police and give them your information, head on to the next plane I send and will be done with all of these people". I hung up and dediced to Melody the truth.

I wheeled  myself to the room to see her watching t.v. I made my way to the bed and jumped on the bed. She smiled and put her head on my shoulder. I smirked at her cuteness and put my arm around her shoulder.

"Baby I need to tell you something okay ".

Her big eyes stared at mine and nodded. I let everything out about "her friend" and her mother.  She was shocked and started to cry.

"He is my best friend! "

She kept saying that , over and over. I sighed and kissed her while she cried . I know I can do nothing for her except give her a good day.

We lay down with each other for at least an hour I noticed that it was about lunch time so I knew today was the day .

"How about we just calm down and you take a stroll with me at the Park" she looked up and giggled at my humor. She can't take a stroll her legs are beyond swollen. I rubbed her feet every night but I still feel bad. She picked herself up and nodded.

We made it to the park with Nicklaus help of course and sat by a picnic she made. I looked at my sweaty hands I noticed the night sky takeover we laid and so are all the stars she looked at me well I stared up into the sky.

"I have some names I like Aiden". She was playing with my hands and I smirked.  She was clutching on to me and I smirked at her care fee attitude.

"Tell me". She turned on her side with her a big belly and started to play with my hair. I noticed Nicklaus was all the way by a park bench but it didn't matter I grabbed her hips and pulled her towards me.

"Well I like the name -" I cut her off my kissing me. She smiled and held on to me more. She bit my bottom lip asking for a entrance. I kissed her deeply as I made myself slowly climb around her. You can't do much with a broken leg.
