Link rummages through each bag, clearly on a mission to find something good to eat, although you don't think he even knows what his stomach desires seeing as he keeps removing ingredients only to end up putting them back right afterwards with a shake of his head. There's plenty to choose from: mushrooms to spare, a bottle of milk, half a butter stick, several herbs and more; most he had completely forgotten you guys have.
"We should make a list of all our supplies so that we can keep better track," he thinks aloud, studying some of the ingredients he has left out in hopes of finally deciding upon a dish for dinner. There's just too many options!
"Wow, you actually want to be organized Mr. 'Just stuff everything in the bag and let's get moving'? I never thought I'd live to see the day!" He rolls his eyes at your comment, not turning around to face you until he hears you chuckle, "How do I look?"
He bites back a smile, trying his best not to laugh, "Do I answer truthfully?"
You smirk, fixing the borrowed Thunder Helm over your head; it's far too big, "Say what you want, but I think this is going to be the next fashion trend - Oops!"
Unfortunately, the gems of the helm make it very difficult to see straight, thus when you go to take a step forward, you end up tripping. Link's breath catches in his throat and he's quick to leap towards you, grabbing your arms which successfully steadies you in front of him. Opposite to his concern, you seem to be enjoying yourself greatly.
"Why did you even ask Riju for that thing anyways?" He sighs.
"Because it might become useful if we ever have to fight another lightning enemy again! Weren't you paying attention earlier?" You remove the Thunder Helm, revealing your very messy hair that sticks up on every end, "Here, you try it on."
"No thank you."
"Oh come on, try it!" You ignore his protests and stick the helm over his head. Stepping back to get a good look at him, you hold a hand to your mouth to snuffle your laughter, "Ooo, yeah...I'm not too sure you can pull it off as well as I can."
"Shh!" Link takes the helm off, shoving it back into your arms with a roll of his eyes, yet he's still smiling just as much as you are, "Hey, how about I make creamy heart soup tonight?"
"I didn't think we had any fruit left?"
"I'm sure I can buy some at the market. It should still be open, right?"
You consider his offer for a moment, finally nodding with a smile, "If you want, that actually sounds great."

"Sarqso," Link thanks the saleswoman, taking the voltfruits he has just bought before heading back to camp.
While it isn't an important memory, he remembers something about cooking creamy heart soup quite often and vaguely recalls you being there to share a bowl. Taking a risk, he suggested making the meal tonight to test a theory of whether it's a favorite of yours. Either his guess is right and he'll succeed in making you happy, or he's wrong and you'll probably try pretending otherwise to make him happy (he hopes he'll be able to tell the difference for future reference).
Link's nearly to camp when he stops, taking notice to a new voice coming from that direction - one he doesn't recognize. Peeking around the corner quietly, his fear comes true when seeing a man there talking to you; a traveler judging on his gear.
After your last visit to the bazaar, Link had learned his lesson and insisted on setting up camp behind the hotel where he claimed it would be shadier to save you both from the harsh sun. In reality, he actually wanted to save you from the inappropriate looks of all those revolting men who wander the market for easy girlfriends. He had hoped none would be desperate enough to come sniffing around somewhere so outcasted, but alas, he underestimated them.
