+ raelynn's pov
I began to pour the popcorn into the bowl, grabbing anything I could find in the kitchen to eat.
As I was about to walk into the living room, I overheard Grayson and Addison talking. Although I didn't want to eavesdrop, I couldn't help but listen to what they were saying.
"Whatever is happening is obviously bothering you but you should tell Raelynn. She's understanding. Whatever it is, I promise she'll help you," Addison said.
Confused, I decided to carry on listening, despite not knowing if I actually wanted to know what they were talking about.
"I just got her, Add. I don't want to ruin anything between us," Grayson finally spoke.
I began to feel anxious. Grayson and I have barely been together over a week and it seems as if something's already happened. I trust Grayson with my life. The many months we've known each other, he's never done anything for me to not trust him.
"Thank you, Add. I'm just scared, I guess. I love her a lot," Grayson sighed. I smiled at what he said.
I moved slightly to see them and all I could see was them hugging on the couch, longer than a 'friendly' hug should be.
I trust Grayson and most definitely trust Addison but even I could see something between them. Since the first day Addy met him, she's always had a certain look towards him. I never doubted her loyalty because she did have a boyfriend at the time.
Now she's single, she seems too close to someone who's meant to be just a 'friend'.
Though I do sound like a jealous girlfriend, I can't help but not think of the possible scenarios.
I realised I had been 'making popcorn' for too long so I walked into the room.
Grayson looked at me with a concerned look but I just smiled at him. He wrapped his arms around me when I sat down, kissing my forehead.
Through my peripheral vision, I could see Addison staring at us. I tried hard not to overthink anything, she did just come out of a relationship, but she seemed uncomfortable.
She kept her gaze at mine and Grayson's interlocked hands. His fingers were fiddling with my ring, as he was completely clueless to the tension in the room.
I decided to forget it for now and just watch the movie like we planned.

Many movies later, Grayson decided to leave as he had work in the morning and Addison stayed a little while longer.
Though it was still early in her pregnancy, we found so much enjoyment in looking at baby clothes and items.
"My child is gonna be the best dressed at school," Addison chuckled, scrolling through many outfits.
"I'm gonna be the best aunt to the baby. I can't wait to spoil the fuck out of them," I chuckled.
"Do you want kids," she asked, looking at me.
"Of course I do. I've wanted to start my own little family and live in a small house in a quiet town somewhere."
