Yoongi - secret

You sat at the carpet floor, having no intention of moving at all. Leaning your back against the wall of your bed, you sighed for the hundredth time feeling a bunch of thoughts appear in your mind at once.

You heard the door open. "Hey can you make me some honey tea."

Just by hearing that voice, you knew it was the one and only yoongi. Your parents had to leave for a business trip for a week so they asked one of their close friends if they could let you stay with them in the meantime. No matter how much you told your parents you could stay home by yourself, they wouldn't listen.

The only reason why you didn't want to go was because of their son. You both went to the same school and learned that he was a total cold hearted jerk. You tried your best to avoid him, not talk to him, but look where you are now.

It's only been a few day since you've stayed here. And oh boy it's been bad. Yoongi would always order you around treating you like a maid or something. The only reason why you would follow him was because they let you stay in their home. So why not give back the offer?

You let out a small tiny hum, looking at the ground.

Sliding the cup of tea towards him, silence enveloped the area as you continued to space out at times. It was late at night and no one else was home except the both of you.

He sat across from you in the kitchen counter while sitting on a chair. You were standing up across from him.

Yoongi sipped the tea before noticing you spacing out. He looked at you for a split second before looking away again. "Why do you look so dead? Did something happen?"

Though he spoke in a cold tone as usual, a hint of concern was evident. And though you tried your best to hold in your tears, they finally escaped.

"I...saw my boyfriend today." You spoke, staring at the ground once again. "He was with another girl."

Yoongi kept quiet, a blank expression on his face.

"I saw him, the way he stares at me. Eyes full of admiration, full of love." You slightly looked up. "He was doing it to someone else."

"I didn't think it would hurt this much." You sobbed, feeling your heart ache. "I don't like this feeling. Make it stop." You cried. "Please."

Yoongi stared at your eyes. He could see all the sadness and hurt trough them.

All of it.

Yoongi felt annoyed. Why couldn't you just smile? Why did you have to be so sad? For some reason it annoyed him super seeing you like this. He just wanted to see you be happy.

"I think you need rest." He bluntly said. "You'll get better tomorrow. I'm sure of it."

"So uh, can you explain to us on why you look like you just got stepped on by a stampede?" Jin, yoongi's friend asked him as he and the others were eating in the cafeteria.

Yoongi groaned after Jimin poked his cheek where a bruise was placed. "He protected y/n, hyung." Jimin said but then squealed after. "This is just like a drama!" He jumped in his seat in excitement.

"I can't believe you fought with her boyfriend." Jungkook laughed. "Even when you knew you would end up like this."

Namjoon sighed. "You've been crushing on her since elementary school yoongi. You can't hide these feelings forever." He took a bite of his food.

"Yeah, I'm tired of you keep on talking about her to us. Remember that time when you kept on saying how cute she was when she sneezed?" Hoseok chuckled. "You even got the perfect opportunity of living with her—"

"Oh come on. You know how much his heart aches whenever we see her avoid him." Taehyung spoke in sadness. "He looks like a dog who just lost his owner."

Yoongi ate his food in silence. "I know I know." Yoongi said. Enough with his friends complaints. He licked his lips, tasting the blood from earlier when he fought with your boyfriend. Hopefully now an ex. He would do everything for you. He hoped now that you're better, after he tried his best to cheer you up.

He smiled, playing your smile in his head. He has always had these feelings for you. But he always kept it a secret.

I'm sick right now but then I saw a bunch of namjoon photos and I suddenly felt so energetic. I kept squealing and getting excited. So expect a namjoon chapter soon lol.
