part 31 | end of the term exams pt. 3

(Third Person POV)

"Hey Midoriya, have you seen Kyoshu anywhere?" Todoroki asked, it was school again & the exams were exactly next week. Kyoshu had been training her butt off lately with the second years & also studying with them, the others had barely been able to see her unless they're at school, Todoroki had been wanting to train with her but never got the chance to ask her

"Did you check the gym?" he shook his

"The one place I didn't check yet, yet I also don't know which way it is. Do you know where it is?" he shook his head, he saw Shouji walking by so he approached him. Todoroki watched as the two conversed until Midoriya bowed his head & jogged back over to him

"Just go down that hall, down the stairs & the last door down the corridor! That's where it should be!"

"Thank you for the directions, Midoriya." with that he made his way towards the gym, he opened the door to the room & saw many heroic students in there, but couldn't find the blonde & brunette haired girl anywhere… until he heard someone yell her name

"You're such a brute, Kyoshu!" he whipped his head to the source & scowled when he saw it was that class 1-b idiot that yelled it out

"Thanks, Tetsu-chan!" she set the bar down as she sat up & flexed her muscles "Even without the use of my quirk, I'm still very strong!" he nods, Tetsutetsu was helping her with the weights but she clearly didn't need his help, Kyoshu was definitely way stronger than Tetsutetsu, she could literally throw the damn thing in the air & catch it with one hand

"I'm gonna go get some water, want some?" he offered as he pointed off into a direction with his thumb

"Yes please." & he ran off, she grabbed a towel so she could wipe the sweat off her face before putting a few more weights on "Okay, let's go." Todoroki was going to approach her but before he could he saw someone leaning on the bar, someone that neither of the two knew

"Why hello there beautiful~" a boy cooed

"Um… hello?" she replied, a little questioned, she sat up & was met with a boy with blonde hair

"I'm (R/N) (Random/Name), I'm a second year in the hero course." she just nodded awkwardly

"Cool, you might already know me as Kyoshu?" he nodded & smiled, Kyoshu was a little surprised with herself… she stuttered! She doesn't stutter, but she couldn't help it, he felt rather unsettling to her "So uh, you mind moving? I'm kinda trying to workout."

"Why bother? The gun shows right here!" Todoroki glared at him as he clenched his hand into a fist

"He's nothing compared to her!" she rolled her eyes

"Some gun show, but seriously, if you're just going to distract me, go take your gun show somewhere else where someone dumb enough is going to be attracted to." she goes to lie down but he stopped her from doing so "Hey!"

"Come on babe, don't be fei-- ah! Hey!" Kyoshu gasped a bit when he was suddenly splashed with water "Oi! What's the big de--" he cut himself off when he was met with Tetsutetsu's glare

"Didn't you hear her? She told you to piss off, jackass!" he flinched a bit before scoffing & walking away in a hurry, Kyoshu let out a sigh of relief

"You're my knight in shining armor, Tetsu-chan! Thank you." he smiled at her

"I got here just in time too, you looked so uncomfortable." she looks at him

"If someone you didn't know was flirting with you & didn't stop, wouldn't you feel uncomfortable?" he snapped his fingers

"Fair point." he waved his hand apologetically "Plus, sorry about the water. I already lipped this one." she just shook her head
