13 : the challenge

          A blush crept into her face as she pulled the man inside her dorm. "Ahhh ! I was cooking." She ran towards the kitchen while he followed suit. "Your dorm is nicely decorated. I like it here better and it smells just like you." He went and hug her back figure. "You smell nice."

She sat the pot on the island in the kitchen as she grab a chopsticks. The man was about to grab some of the ramen before she swatted his hand away. "Hey !" Jennie slurped the noddle before pointing the chopsticks at him. "Didn't you enjoy your dinner with Lisa ?" She pouted.

She continued to eat the ramen while he watches her. "Are you jealous ?" He let out a little laugh. She ignored him as he continued eating the ramen. Taehyung looks towards the garbage and see two packets of ramen. He patted her head, "You're that hungry huh," He chuckled again.

"Why are you even here ? And How did you find my dorm ?" Jennie talked with her mouth full. "Why didn't you just enjoy your night with Lalisa ?" She slurped the noodles again. "You're so cute when you're jealous. I asked Mr.Song when I bumped into his car at the entrance. I still wonder why you prefer my dorm when yours is almost identical as mine."

"And you could just have said that you were jealous. I was worried when you didn't entered the restaurant you know." Jennie snickered as she went to wash the dishes. "Yeah, no shit you were 'worried' when you were laughing like there's no tomorrow whenever you're with her."

"You really are jealous, huh." He spun her around to face him as he tilted her head.

"Mm not !" She pouted and crossed her arms in front of her chest.

"You are !" He closed the space between them as his hand slid to her naked thighs.

"Mm not !" She walked backwards and her back touched the sink. Her chest was touching his. As his face was getting closer to hers, she pinched his lips and kicked his shin before running into her bedroom.

She jumped into her bed, tug herself in her blanket and close the night lamp. She closed her eyes trying to get rid of the images from the horror movie earlier. She felt the bed creak as he slid himself next to her.

"You're having trouble sleeping huh," He kissed the top of her head. "I'll hold you and sing you a lullaby." He told her and hummed a song while hugging her from the back. "I'm sorry." He whispered before humming the song again.

          "Has anyone seen Jeon ?" The simple question from Jisoo made Rosé ears perked up, just before she was about to ask what happened to Jungkook , someone had sat infront of her with a grin plastered infront of his face.

"Hey gorgeous," The rest of the table got tense by his sudden appearance. "You don't even go here," Jennie crossed her arm as she pulled Rosé towards another direction but he tugged her arm. "Let her go !" Jisoo raised her voice which made Jin run towards their direction.

"You heard her man, let her go or else...." Jimin trailed off . The man chuckled and challenged him. " or else what ?" A slight touch on his shoulders made him turn , the man pulled Rosé into his chest before shoving him harshly. "I've said this before, she's mine Chanyeol." Chanyeol smirked , "Jeon Jungkook, I kinda grew interest on her and I demand a challenge."

"Jungkook , No !" Jisoo sternly told him. "Oh, come on. We know Jeon loves challenges. What will be for the leader of Python who can't stand a chance with a merely beta from White Wolves ?" Chanyeol gripped on Jungkook's tie. "Set the date then," Jungkook pushed Chanyeol roughly as he dragged Rosé away from the scene.

❅ Pheonix room , St.Athena , Hamgye

          "Lock the doors, Chim." Jennie ordered him as they went inside. She plopped herself down on the couch. "Are you crazy ? No marionettes and strangers inside !" Yoongi turned around from his laptop as he saw all of them were there.

"We need to discuss something important." Jin told him off. "First of all, are you crazy Jeon ?" Jisoo crossed her arms infront of her chest. Jungkook shrugged it off while Rosé went towards Jennie side. "What's with the challenge ?" Rosé whispered towards Jennie.

"Jeon, tell her." Jennie pointed at Rosé. Jungkook sighed before walking towards Rosé. "If I tell you the truth, would you get mad ?" Rosé looked towards him and shrugged her shoulders. "Depends." Her voice was barely inaudible. "A challenge is something where only Corona can declare when we want someone's Marionette. It's a fight between us. Whoever wins can keep their Marionette."

"Basically, I'm your bet now ? Are you treating me like an accessory ? An item ?" Rosé voice raised when she realised what's was going on.
"Rosé, calm down. Our jewelleries is a symbol of possession and protection. Without Jungkook's ring, any Corona can make you theirs." Jimin explained.

"How can I calm down when all of you guys treated your Marionette like items ? We have feelings too and for the record—" she pointed at Jungkook ," — you tricked me into becoming a Marionette." Rosé storm off from the room with Jungkook running after him.

"Rosé ! Rosé ! Rosé !" He held her arms , "Look I said I was sorry for involving you in all this shit but since Chanyeol knows you now, I can't let him have you not even if you'll hate me. I care about you damnit. I'm sorry if you thought that we treated our marionette like accessories but you're wrong about that. Jennie and Yoongi cares so much about theirs and Jin and Jisoo are practically lovers. I swear I can do anything you asked me but I won't obliged if you want me to let you go. I'm never letting you go." Rosé looked into his eyes for a second before storming off.
