♧ Chapter 1: Nightmares Are Real ♧

3rd Person POV:

It was 3 am. The moon was full tonight. The sky was clear and the stars were shinning bright. Silence covered the city, everyone must be asleep.

Sweating and panting were caused by a nightmare. That kind of nightmare that feels so real that you can't distinguish it from reality. That is how a certain blonde awoke.
He sat up while crying silent sobs that couldn't be heard. Tears streamed down his face as he was trying to calm down and stop shaking with no succes. The apartment even though it was very small, was very cold. The blond started hugging his blanket tightly.
"Why me..." he asked quietly through the sobs.
"What did I ever do to deserve this miserable life?"

In another side of the city someone was experiencing almost the same thing. A black haired guy with dark onyx eyes was breathing heavily. Tears threatend to flow but he bit his lip until it bleed just so he won't let any tear roll down his face.
That would be pathetic...he hasn't cried in years and he won't cry ever again...he doesn't want to be a cry baby. He took a deep breath and tried to relax. The same questions were asked but not out loud. Even though he knew that he probably wouldn't be able to fall asleep anymore he layed back down and closed his eyes.
'Don't overthink...don't overthink' he kept saying all over in his mind.
Sasuke stood up once again and reached for his headphones. He did what he does best, put his headphones in and turned the music on. He started listening to Andy Black- Ribcage.

Yo...so this is my first Naruto fanfiction. I'm really excited because Naruto is my favourite anime and I always wanted to write a fanfic about it but I was too insecure to do so since I didn't want to mess up. I really hope that you will enjoy it....I will try my best.
