When dark has consumed every bit of your being
Including your mind and love
When life seems like too much and pain
Becomes the only flicker of life left
Please believe there's something beyond
Beyond the life that your so easily giving up on
There's a new one across the bridge of obstacles
And even when the bridge seems to be burned
Swim.
Swim till your legs are numb and even if the waters too
Fast and rough
Swim because of the desire to live deep within
In the person you are that seems drowned in dark
Swim because why not?
If pains too much then swim
To chase the last hope
Of truly living and just being.
