The colourful sky that beamed down at us
The scent of coffee filling the air and blessing
My nose with its intoxicating aroma
Tearing my gaze from the window and to you
You smiled briefly, I returned it back with a grin
It's always so nice to see you
My soul that was tamed by your gold-like aura
My heart slowed and calmed underneath your gaze
My mind had stopped racing to think things over
I was calm, I was happy, I was okay
Your caramel eyes that bore into mine,
Your sunny like smile carved into my mind
The faint shadow of your body was etched to
The inside of my eyelids, even when sleeping you're there
My unhealthy obsession with you has caused trouble
But to feel at peace, whenever your around
Is worth it.
