old crush: (grabs your wrist) "Alright, alright. I'll open it. Just stay with me."
y/n: (sits) " Listen to me: whatever happens--"

y/n: "Exactly. Now, open it."
old crush: (takes deep breath and opens envelope) "Dear [old crush], we are pleased to inform you that you have been accep--"
y/n: "AGH!!!!"
old crush: "AGH!!!!!"
y/n: "You got into your dream college! Oh my god! Oh my god!"
old crush: "I can't believe it. Y/n. I really made it in."
y/n: "I told you that you would!"
old crush: (wraps arms around your waist) "You're the best, you know that?" (pulls away to look at you) "You've been there for me every step of the way. I really can't tell you how much I appreciate that."

(phone rings)
old crush: "Oh, sorry y/n, it's my mom. I have to tell her the great news. She'll be thrilled!"
