"We need more clients." I said, playing with my yo-yo.

I was in the office with Phoenix, sitting around while he frantically looked for a way to pay this months rent.

"We need more cases. I need more pay. Maybe I should be a prosecutor. I mean, if I was, I'd have a mansion like Miles!" He said.

"The rent would be higher."

"Damn. You're right."

"Maybe I should kill someone so you get more pay." I shrugged.

"I just got in, but I'll get out." Maya said, but she stayed. She walked to Phoenixs side.

"Oh hey, uhm..Aya?" Maya asked.

"Hm?" I turned to her.

"You and uhm...Edgeworth..you guys fell asleep on the couch last night...together.."

Damn! I thought he was gonna move!

"Oh." I gulped.

"Bonjour, copains."

Oh, speak of the devil.

"Wright, I saw Larry exit his car hes probably gonna come in an--"

Miles let out a grunt as he got brutally shoved by who I believe to be Larry.

I helped him regain balance as Larry complained to Phoenix.

"Hmph. He's got some nerve." Miles grumbled.

I chuckled and kissed his cheek when no one was looking.

He smiled and kissed my head.

"Wanna stay for dinner today?" He held my hands.

I smiled and nodded. "Wouldn't hurt to try."

"Try what?" He asked.

"Try getting along with the Karma's."

He nodded.

"I knew it!" Maya suddenly bursted, pointing at me and Miles.

"U-uh..u-uhm...k-knew what?" I scratched my neck nervously.

"You two are together! Its the cutest thing ever!" Maya jumped up and down.

Phoenix's pupils immediatley got small.

Larry peeked an eye at us with his head pointing at us. "Eh?"

"U-uh...w-whered you get that f-from? U-uh! If you dont have evidence, you dont have anything!" I crossed my arms.

"Edgeworth was holding your hands!" Maya said. "Dont deny it!"

Larry got excited. "Edgey finally has a girlfriend!"

"Quit it with the suppositions. She wanted me to check her hands because she had a cut." Miles crossed his arms and turned his head to the side.

"Awwww...I thought I got you two there." Maya frowned.

Larry frowned as well. "Dang, Edgey."

Phoenix sighed of relief.

I did as well.
