[Y/W/N] shifts in her nest as she begins to awaken with the warriors around her. Memories of what happen yesterday begin to flood her mind. She couldnt believe it, though; as much as she really, really wanted to. How would it even happen? "Hey, Jayfeather, mate with me!" [Y/W/N] rolls her eyes at herself.  Maybe a border patrol will keep her mind off of it? Rising to her paws, she gently yawns. Mid yawn, Brambleclaw pokes her flank with his paw. "[Y/W/N], we're going on patrol." That was good timing. "Ah. With who?" [Y/W/N] asks. "Just Firestar and I." He states simply and walks out of the den. Just Brambleclaw and Firestar? [Y/W/N] tilts her head. The warriors are looking at her oddly. Am I in trouble? She follows Brambleclaw uneasily. He was already sitting with Firestar whos tail was twitching in either excitement or curiosity. Maybe both. She couldnt really tell. "Dont worry, [Y/W/N]. You arent in trouble. We just want to take a walk with you and have a small talk." He assures. [Y/W/N] nods and pulls her tail out from between her legs, which she didnt even know she had done.

After some walking, they are soon deep into the forest. They'll be able to smell your fear-scent. Stay calm. Forcing herself to act neutral, [Y/W/N] eyes scan her surroundings. Brambleclaw sits down and wraps his tail around his paws casually while Firestar seems to glare at him for a moment. "Anyways, we need to talk to you about something." He starts. Brambleclaw keeps his gaze steadily on [Y/W/N]. It was sharp and as if he was warning something, but [Y/W/N] could tell he wouldnt attack her. Firestar on the other paw... Looked like he was about to burst with joy. "We got a sign from Starclan, [Y/W/N]. It involved seeing you with one of the..." He trails off when he realizes he never told [Y/W/N] about the prophecy. "Forget what I just said, alright? So theres this prophecy." He begins getting on to the power of three, Jayfeather, Lionblaze, Hollyleaf, and etc. "I got an omen from Starclan. You were with Jayfeather, a member of the three. As you know, Hollyleaf died long ago. Since you were with Jayfeather in the dream, I am beginning to suspect you are the third cat. Spottedleaf told me the unexpected would be allowed.--......" Firestar takes a sharp inhale. "Oh." He mutters. "Now do you see where im coming from?" Brambleclaw hisses. "Well, who else can the third cat be? She has to be it!" "The third cat might not even be born yet. You cant assume things. We dont have enough evidence. This is literally the first sign we've had of who it is. And besides, this isnt the time to talk about this." Brambleclaw meows. Firestar looks at [Y/W/N] again as if he completely forgot about her being there. So they know, too? "Well, [Y/W/N]." Firestar begins to stare at his paws as he gets a loss for words. [Y/W/N] has never seen Firestar, of all cats, at a loss for words. This must have been really unexpected to him. "It seems like you should be somewhere else right now, [Y/W/N]." He says after a few more seconds of silence. Brambleclaw stands up and looms over [Y/W/N]. "You saved not only one of my kits, but two of them.  From different things, but in the end, its really all the same, isnt it?" His stone cold gaze tricks [Y/W/N] for a moment. After this he begins purring and touches his nose to hers. "Im glad that if Jayfeather could break the code for any cat, it would be for you." He purrs more. "I.. I didnt even agree to  any of that yet!" Bramblestar flicks his ear. "This isnt a decision, its destiny." He mews. Firestar nods in agreement. [Y/W/N] opens her mouth to protest again, but she cant find what to say. They're right. "By the way, [Y/W/N], we're not telling Jayfeather about any of this. Thats up to you." Firestar winks and dives into the bushes. Brambleclaw rolls his eyes and calmly sets on after him. Well, that was something. [Y/W/N] decides to just go hunting for now and maybe talk to Jayfeather later.

-Timeskip-

[Y/W/N] couldnt hunt. Her anxiety was growing and she was only pacing back and forth now. She didnt know how to do this. In fact, she probably hasnt been in camp the entire morning after Firestar talked to her. He hopefully reassured his clanmates that [Y/W/N] was not in trouble. A different cat, though, also didnt see her all morning and was probably worried sick.

[Y/W/N] was so lost in thought, she literally tripped on a rock and, almost as if in slow motion, her muzzle smashed against the ground. She can feel something running down her cheek, and then she realizes a sharp rock jabbed it when she fell. She slowly looks down to it, stunned by what happen, and sees its matted in blood. Oh, great. Now ill have to walk back to camp with an injury and no prey. Jayfeathers never going to let me forget about this. It wasnt bad, though; the wound was small, even if it was bleeding. Maybe she could still hunt a mouse...? Almost as if timed, she smelled one. Actually, it had probably been there for a while, but she was too distracted to catch it. Slowly stalking it, she tries her best to stay stealthy. The pain was getting worse and she probably had an infection. She harshly slaps her paw on it and bites its neck. Its a sloppy kill, but its better than nothing. She starts slowly walking back to camp with it in her jaws. When she arrives, most of the warriors gasp and some flinch. [Y/W/N] can see a familiar apprentice bounding towards her. "[Y/W/N]! Are you alright? Did you just get that? Jayfeather can help you." Cherrypaw. "Yeah, Im fine. Im going to him right now." Cherrypaw nods hesitantly, as if she wants to ask more. [Y/W/N] already knows what. "Dont worry about that, too. Nothing happen this morning." "Oh. Sorry. I just heard some of the warriors talking about it..." "Understandable." [Y/W/N] walks towards Jayfeathers den and, on the way there, she realizes how big the wound actually is. Upon realizing how much it hurt without anything to keep her mind off of it, she begins feeling nauseous. Perhaps she shouldnt have gone out of her way to get that mouse. She probably lost a lot more blood than she could have if she had just gone to camp. She begins feeling drowsy and when she hears an alarmed hiss. "I smell blood. Whos hurt?" Jayfeather, who was currently outside of the den, immediately snaps his head towards it. [Y/W/N]  looks at him with a dumbfounded expression. I didnt even see him when I walked into camp. "H-Hi." He seems to take a sharp inhale before he quickly pads over to her, forcing her into the den with his tail. "What. Did. You. Do." He growls in between breaths. "I tripped." "You tripped? That wound is huge!" "Its not that big. I fell on a rock." "Are you lying to me?" Well, he looked extremely mad, and hurt at the same time. "No, im not. Do you want me to show you the rock? I can." [Y/W/N] huffs. "Dont be snarky! I dont know what to expect with you anymore." He meows angrily and [Y/W/N] flinches. "You dont just leave the camp for almost all of the morning without telling a single cat! That can be worrying, if you even thought about it." "I told Firestar and Brambleclaw." "Thats not what I mean." "Then what do you mean?" "Are you that oblivious? Seriously, a kit is smarter than that!" Jayfeather rolls his blind eyes and he begins cleaning [Y/W/N]s wound, similar to like a father would. "Seems like I am." [Y/W/N] mutters. Jayfeather doesnt bother thinking up another retort. He presses the cobwebs onto her wound along with other herbs. "Its not infected. Luckily. Be careful next time, you mouse brain! And I meant to tell me if you were going out. Just because im grumpy doesnt mean I dont ever worry." He hisses and flicks an ear. "By the way, no patrols today. That wound is too deep."  He finishes. "Every time I get a small injury, you refuse to let me go on patrols. Can I just go on one?" "...No. And im your medicine cat, so dont question what I tell you." "Fine." "Also, you look exhausted. You need to sleep for that wound to heal properly." [Y/W/N] groans. He glares at her. "Trust me, Im not happy about this either." He mutters. [Y/W/N] snickers and gets up. He gives her a questioning glance. "What? You said no patrols, not no hunting." "I also said you need rest." "Well okay."  [Y/W/N] flops onto a moss bed.  "Oh, and by the way," Jayfeather begins, "Bumblestripe insisted on me asking you to go back to the Waterfall tomorrow, at moonhigh. I dont know why he couldnt ask you himself, but you should probably meet him there." He says casually. "Does he know something? Why you of all cats?"  [Y/W/N] asks with her tail twitching in curiosity. "Well, he probably saw how much you get injured and thought I would be the best cat to ask of this. You're really clumsy. Plus, most of the other cats would give him weird looks if he asked them about this kind of thing. I would give him weird looks either way." "You arent wrong." "I never am."  [Y/W/N] playfully hisses and bats his tail with her paw, since he was the perfect length away from her to be able to do so. Surprisingly, he doesnt claw her ears off for this. Instead he just hisses and lashes his tail out of her reach. She whines but flops over again, already feeling drowsy. "So do I just sleep through today?" "...Fine. Lazy furball." "I wasnt insisting on it, I was asking." "I said fine." "Okay."  [Y/W/N] closes her eyes and falls asleep, returning to the dreamless void shes been longing for the last couple of nights.
