chapter 10: ▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄
"hey jihyun, are free today? i think we can already start on our assignment. my friends yeosang and yunho are almost done with theirs." the said girl almost fell off her chair when san talked to her. she then scratched her nape, embarrassed that she got startled by his sudden appearance.
"yea i'm free today. just text me when you're almost reaching my house. you know the way right? since you're seonghwa's friend." he nodded, mumbling a small 'okay' before going back to his seat.
a few seconds later he came back, wearing a sheepish grin on his face as he tapped jihyun's shoulder to get her attention. "should we go to the library later during lunch? we'll try to find books that can help us with the assignment."
"sure." she smiles at him before he went back to his seat to resume his work. she kept a smile to herself, happy that she finally was able to contain her nervousness around san.

"do you think this is enough?" jihyun asks san, her voice muffled and her sight completely blocked due to the amount of books she was holding in her hands.
san chuckled, finding her completely adorable. he rushed over to her when he saw the books almost toppling over. he took half the load off her hands and smiled at her.
"thanks." jihyun says, cheeks heating up. "so we're borrowing all these books?" san asks her in disbelief. "too much, huh? okay how about we each pick two out of them all?" san nodded and started to browse through the pages of each book, jihyun then doing the same.
after about 5 minutes, they finally picked four books and decided that they would go to lunch right after they leave the school library. jihyun was about to walk away from him when he grabbed her wrist, jihyun immediately turning back.
"do you want to sit with me and my friends at lunch?"
