LLUVIA'S POV
Finally.
Long time no see my beloved hometown!
Nag-inat-inat ako ng konti pagkatapos ay binuhat na muli ang mga gamit ko papunta sa hotel.
Kabababa ko lang kasi sa bus na sinakyan ko papunta rito sa may Chengdu.
"Ni hao." a little girl greets me on my way towards the fancy door of the hotel.
Nginitian ko lang ito at pumasok na sa loob.
"Zaoshang hao (good morning)" bati sa akin nung babaeng nag-assist sa akin papuntang information center
And once again, I greeted her also with a smile.
Sana lang tanda ko pa ang translation ng ibang salita.
It's been years since I spoke Chinese for Pete's sake.
"Wo yudingle yige fangjian. (I have a room reservation)" I said
"Ni jiao shenme mingzi qing? (What's your name please?)" she asked
"Gou Lluvia." I answered
She nod a little then she begin to check something. Tapos inabot din naman nya agad sa akin yung susi
"Room 106. Zhu ninguo de yukuai (Enjoy your stay!)" she said while smiling.
"Xie xie (thank you)" I said then 90 degree bow to them.
"Wo yao zhe jian (I'll take it)" nakangiting sabi nung lalaking nagtatrabaho rin dito.
Hinatid nya ako sa kwarto.
"Xie xie" pagpapasalamat ko muli
"Zhu ninguo de yukuai Miss(Enjoy your stay Miss)" he said
"Hao de ( Ok)"
Pagpasok ko sa room agad akong tumalon sa may kama. What a tiring trip.
Nagutom tuloy ako.
Maybe I should try the street foods here or sa may tindahan na lang ulit ng mga buns. Matagal-tagal na rin nung huli akong nakatikim ng baozi.
But before that. I should start fixing my things up.
Pagkatapos ko maiayos lahat, nagchat ako sa miraculous. Sinabi kong kararating ko lang at kakacheck-in ko lang sa hotel.
I also take a picture of the view here that can be seen on my window.
Tapos mabilisang log-out na then I put my phone inside the pocket of my coat.

Sumakay na ako sa bus then I leaned on the window

Bumaba na ako sa tapat ng isang malaking bahay which is surrounded by a not-so-high wall with a rusty gate.
It's not our house here in China but it is the place on the address.
Just by looking at it, you can feel the gloom of the surrounding tapos may familiar na sasakyan ang nakapark sa tapat nito.
Nakita ko naman na may doorbell sa may tabi nung gate na kalawangin na. But I hesitated to ring it because the gate is already open.
Kaya ayun dumiretso na ako dun sa mismong pinto ng bahay saka dun nagtry kumatok.
Pero pagsagi pa lang ng kamay ko ay biglang bumukas na ito.
Geezzz.. the sound of the door really creeps me out. Sobrang luma na kasi nito kaya naman pag umiibo ito ay umaagit-it sa sahig.
"Hello? Is anybody here?" I said.
Pumasok na ako ng tuluyan ng walang sumagot sa tanong ko.
"Anyone??" I asked once again but it seems that there is no one here.
Bumilis ang tibok ng puso ko ng makarinig ng pagkabasag ng kung ano sa may parteng kusina.
"H-hello??"
Pagpasok ko ng kusina may biglang sumisigaw na lumapit sa akin at may hawak itong vase
"Waahhhhh!!!!"
Pinikit ko kaagad ang mata ko habang nakaharang ang mga kamay bago umangal
"Shit. NO!" I shouted.
I slightly open my eyes and I saw a lady with a messy hair wearing a thick glasses and she looks frustrated.
Inayos nya yung salamin nya pagkatapos ay saglit akong pinagmasdan.
After a second, she slowly put the vase down.
Umayos naman ako ng tayo at inalis ang mga nakaharang kong kamay and I try my best to act normal kahit medyo may kaba akong nararamdaman.
"She. Is. Waiting. For. You" she said with a serious look that really creeps me out
"Who's she?" I asked
But she didn't answer my question at lumakad paalis sa kusina.
She looks behind me pagkatapos ay sumignal na sumunod. So I just followed her since there's no choice.
There's this button tapos she press it. Then suddenly the floor opens and then there is a stair downwards that leads to who knows where.
Bumaba sya roon. Medyo nag-dadalawang isip ako kung itutuloy ko ba pababa pero ah basta.
Let's just go for it. For Perseus.
Sumunod ako sa kanya at habang bumamaba ay isa-isang umiilaw ang mga tinutuntungan kong step ng hagdan.
Tumigil sya saglit dun sa may isa pang pinto then opens it for me.
Pagkapasok ko...
Woah. A different machines and some science-thingy is all over the place.
Is this Mom's lab?
Then from the dark corner of the room, a woman in a laboratory coat comes out.
She smiles at me then she said,
"I've been waiting for you. Lluvia."
