PERSEUS' POV
Tatlong linggo na simula nung huli kong makasama si Andromeda and I can only communicate with her through phone.
Hindi ko din naman sya mapuntahan because I'm too busy with all these documents that I should fill. Besides, busy din sya sa school. School has started two weeks ago and Andromeda is continuing her degree.
Ayoko namang magpa-iwan kaya eto ako ngayon, todo habol sa mga requirements na kailangan. I took so many test this past few days just to prove that I can straightly get into college.
Ang dami nilang hinahanap na files and documents na malay ko ba kung saan kukuhanin. Its a good thing that my mother is the great Esmeralda or else baka maging kaklase ko yung mga bata sa nursery.
Binaba ko muna ang ballpen kong hawak saka timigil sa pagsusulat at nag-inat-inat muna.
I'm thinking of getting a drink from the kitchen when I heard the doorbell rang exactly after I stand up from my seat.
"Sir. Ako na po." the maid said then opens the door and I can already hear some fuss outside. Paniguradong madaming bisita 'to. Pero hindi ko naman tanda na may sinabi si Mom bago sya umalis na may tao palang pupunta dito.
"Sir. Mga kaibigan nyo daw po?" sabi ng maid kaya naman naglakad na ako patungo sa pinto.
"Perseus pareeee!" sigaw ni Calix na pigil ng guard sa braso nya doon sa may gate namin. Napakahigpit talaga ng security dito.
Actually, its not just Calix but all of them. I can already see all their smile from afar pero syempre si Andromeda lang ang hindi nakangiti. Mukhang iritang irita na sya sa init.
Sinenyasan ko naman ang guard saka sila tuluyang pinapasok.
"Grabe naman ang higpit dito, Perseus." Greg said as he put the bags down.
"Oo nga, Perseus! My beauty almost melted there just because of that stupid guard. Pag-intayin ba naman kami don sa initan." reklamo ni Leica na nakaface-mask.
"What's with the mask?" nagtataka kong tanong.
"You wouldn't want to know." she answered which made my eyebrow furrow.
"Si Calix ba naman kasi mukhang sindikato." Abby jokingly said at inapiran si Leica.
"Hoy Abby kung ano-ano na sinasabi mo ha! Kakasama mo yan kay Leica luka." inis na sambit naman ni Calix.
"Well, it is a bit true Calix." singit naman ni Andromeda as I approaches her.
"Pati ba naman ikaw Ms. Andri." Calix commented hopelessly.
"Bakit ka ba kasi nakaleather jacket ka? Ang init-init kaya." Leica asked as Calix take off his jacket while pouting.
Nagkagulo pa sila don kaya naman bumaling muna ako kay Andromeda na mukhang init na init na din.
"Heck this weather." she curse.
I ran a hand from her forehead through her hair.
"You shouldn't have done that. Pawisan pa ako." sabi naman nya sakin saka tiningnan ako sa mata.
"That's the point." giit ko naman.
"Atleast do it with a towel or handkerchief." she simply said then hands me a handkerchief kaya naman inulit ko ang ginawa ko.
"Better?" I asked as I beamed upon her.
"Best. I miss you." she said as she smiles back at me.
"I miss you more." I answered as I kiss her forehead.
Bigla namang tumahimik ang paligid kaya napabalik ang attention namin sa kanila at napansin naming sa amin na pala silang lahat nakatingin.
"May hindi ba kami alam?" Leica asked with her left eyebrow raised.
"Oo nga?" sabi naman ni Abby.
"Basta ang hindi ko alam ay kung saan ang banyo dito. Sabihin nyo nga, nasaan ba ang CR dito? Lintek taeng-tae na ako." singit ni Calix kaya napalipat sa kanya ang lahat ng atensiyon.
"Calix naman! I was ready to interrogate these two but your stupid stomach just ruined the moment." Leica said.
"Hindi ko naintindihan, saka na lang kita kakausapin pag natranslate mo yan. Nasan ba ang CR?" Calix said as he faced me.
Natatawa ko namang tinuro ang direksyon ng CR sa kanya. Calix is either a mood setter or a mood ruiner.
"By the way, we brought some snacks. Naisip ka naming puntahan since we thought that you might stress yourself here alone. Alam naman naming madami ka pang habulin." Abby said.
"Nabigla nga din kami kasi bigla na lang kami inusap ni Andri." sabi naman ni Greg
"Well, its also a break for us after all those hecking exams." sagot naman ni Andromeda at sinimulan ng ilabas ang mga dinala nila.
They all rest on the sofa as I turn on the flatscreen to keep them entertained. I hand over the remote to Leica as Andromeda invites me to the kitchen.
"Are you saying that you'll cook for us?" medyo hindi makapaniwala kong tanong.
"We will cook." she answered emphasizing the word WE. She pulls out the spaghetti pack from the bag she brought to kitchen.
She showed it to me while smiling kaya naman nahawa ako sa ngiti nya.
"Napapadalas pagngiti mo a. Does my presence make you happy that much?" I teased.
She immediately erased her smile and stares at me as if her eyes is shooting daggers.
Napatawa ako. "I'm just teasing you. You know that I'll always love your smile and I really miss seeing it."
