it's time for the position evaluation voting! this will be a little different from the last mission voting, but will be similar in the overall process.
for trainees: voting will be considered an active check and when completed will earn you bonus votes in the next ranking.
here's the basic outline of the voting:
1) anyone can vote, but you can only vote once (per account, not per trainee). you can vote for every single team.
2) you vote by ranking the trainees in the group from the one who performed the best to the one who needed the most improvement. don't necessarily go by the video though, you can also vote based on visual, what you know about the trainee, and/or however you want. there is an example vote under every team. **the example vote will not be counted and should not effect your decisions!
3) list the trainees by name, not by who they are portraying (ex: if the trainee's name is suna and she is portraying rosé she must be listed as suna on the vote).
4) you cannot double rank, so each trainee must have their own ranking, two trainees cannot be ranked as first... ect.
5) for every time a trainee is ranked first they will earn 10 votes, second earns 8 votes, third earns 6 votes, and any other positions will earn 4 votes.
