You hesitated. Though you knew Chisaki to be a calm individual, you only just met the man. You feared that this was a little overbearing, even for a hired security team.

You balked. No one, besides you and (B/n), knew your address. Since you always teleported home, no vehicle has ever neared your private estate. The fact that Overhaul showed up before you even got here only proved how desperate he was to speak with you, especially this late at night.

"𝐖𝐚𝐬 (𝐇/𝐧) 𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲?"

You crossed your arms, "𝐍𝐨. 𝐈𝐭 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐚 𝐬𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐮𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐠𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐰𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐠𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐬. 𝐈 𝐚𝐩𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐳𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧."

He was relieved. If there was something that triggered Chisaki more than germs, it was that vile, blood-covered hero full of faux ambition. The epitome of Hero Syndrome.

"𝐍𝐨𝐰, 𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥 𝐦𝐞, 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐟𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞?"

Chisaki headed back to the limousine and Kurono called out to his boss. You furrowed your brows and headed back inside.

'He's gone too far...'

Kurono called out, "𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐡𝐚𝐮𝐥, 𝐢𝐬 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭?"

"𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐡𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐦𝐞."

Mimic questioned the Capo, "𝐀𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞? (𝐇/𝐧) 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞 𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞. 𝐒𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐮𝐩 𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞."

Chisaki's pupils dilated, "𝐈'𝐦 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭."

Rappa chortled, "𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐧𝐲, 𝐢𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐤 𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐨, 𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐨 𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐬 𝐥𝐮𝐛𝐞!"

Chisaki wrinkled his nose. Mimic then punched Rappa's head and the two bickered. Once Chisaki dismissed his men, he turned back and faced your enormous mansion.

"𝐈 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐚 𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐧𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐚𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐦𝐞."
