I was in a dark place, everything was light and airy and I felt as if I were floating. I had no clue where I was, but I could tell that it was peaceful. I would be happy here. I was in so much pain in the waking world, that I didn't mind the dream world. I wanted to stay as long as possible but… there was someone waiting for me. Someone important. Who was it.
I could somehow sense their presence beside my body. They were sleeping. I don't know how I knew, but I knew. I didn't know who it was, but I knew they loved me and I loved them. I could feel it.
I need to get back. For them. That person needed me and I needed them. But the peaceful place… It was calling me. I couldn't fight anymore. I just wanted to let go. So that's what I did. And it was so much better when I stopped fighting...
