Jahseh POV:

I thought about what happened at school with this fuck ass bitch Landon. I walked by him in the hall and he was talking about how he was gonna ask out Lani and then fuck her and never talk to her again. 

I then punched him in his stomach and started to punch his face, he tried to fight back but it didn't work. I then saw Lani running to the bathroom and Ayleks running after her. I ran after them and some hoe screamed at me about how I couldn't be in the girl's bathroom. 

Then I pulled into the driveaway. When I opened the door I got a call, it was Geneva. My heart dropped, I answered. 

"What do you want Geneva?"

 "I'm in trouble" she replied. 

I sighed, she's always in trouble.

"How? I asked, annoyed.

 "I was hooking up with this guy and..."

 My heart cracked. 

"And.. he is trying to kill me he started hitting me and pulled a gun he's chasing me I'm on west eve street please help." 

"How do I know you're not gonna blame me?" I asked. 

"JAHSEH! she screamed I'm not playing I'm getting weak hurry."

 She hung up I let out a breath and got in the car. I still loved Geneva, it's been two years and I'm starting to get over her. I saw her running and opened the door she jumped in and screamed: 

"DRIVE DRIVE DRIVE!" 

I sighed.

 "Where am I taking you?" I asked. 

She paused.

"Well um..."

 She fiddled with her fingers and looked down. 

I" was hoping..." 

YOU WERE HOPING... WHAT THAT YOU WERE GONNA STAY WITH ME? You can sleep on my couch and I'll stay at Stokes. I want you gone by 11:00 am!"

 She looked at me and nodded. Her face was bruised and she was covered in blood and she was crying. When I pulled up to the house I let her inside and gave her a black t-shirt and sweatpants that she left here last time. She left them here years ago so they didn't really fit exposing her boobs and the sweatpants being like leggings tight around her ass. I could tell she was trying to seduce me but I ignored her and went upstairs and packed a bag. Then left telling her to lock the door.

Jaylani POV:

I was sitting in bed when I heard a knock at the door. I sighed and got up leaving my room and walking downstairs towards the door. I opened it slowly and saw Jahseh. He stared at me with a blank face and then spoke: "I need to stay the night," he said dryly.

I nodded and let him in heading towards the stairs but I paused.

"What happened today?" I asked.

He stared at me with his same emotionless face.

"I got in a fight," he said nonchalantly.

I nodded and went back upstairs and into my room, closing the door. 

I laid in bed until I fell asleep.
