JOE P.O.V.: Demi and I had dinner on the living room and then we went to each of our rooms. The next morning when I woke up I read a note on the table next to some made breakfast.

"I went to see your mom, I'll be back later...you can stay if you want...I have a day in the studio today so if you want you can go with me...anyways, I made you breakfast...ly :)"

Joe: sweetest girl I've ever met...and that says a lot

I was eating breakfast when the doorbell rang. I walked to the door unsure if I should open or not the door but when the person rang the doorbell more than 3 times I decided to open just in case it was something important...but it wasn't.

Nick: hey- what are you doing here?

Joe: what are you doing here?

Nick: I brought Demi coffee for her breakfast

Joe: she's not home (I grabbed the bag from his hands and shrugged) you can go

Nick: I want to see her

Joe: why?

Nick: she's my best friend, do I have to explain it to you?

Joe: well...she doesn't need anything that's why I don't get why you're here.

Nick: I wanna make sure she's okay

Joe: I'm with her, she's okay Nick...now, go

Nick: why does this bother you so much?

Joe: do you think I forgot about you and her having sex three years ago? You almost dated Nick

Nick: and what with it?

Joe: you aren't over her yet, I can see it in your eyes

Nick: I can't believe you're saying this

Joe: why?

Nick: cause you started dating her on the same year and guess what? You're the one that's not over her

Joe: you have no right to say that

Nick: it's the truth and you know it...the only thing that really bothers you here is that you're afraid

Joe: afraid of what, huh?

Nick: you think that she'd choose me if she ever had to choose between us...you think she'll start seeing me again like we used to and not you and that's what really touches you...you want to have her on your feet

Joe: I'd never want Demi to be like that with me

Nick: then, why are you so mad at me for being at her side again?

Joe: I don't think you're over her. I think you'll try to take her to the bed again

Nick: to the bed...again (he whispered and laughed)

Joe: what's the funny thing?

Nick: you fear that if she starts dating you again she'd leave you and we'd have sex again because I'm helping her and somehow you think I'm her weakness when I'm clearly not

Joe: you know nothing about me Nick...just leave. I'll tell her you came here and I'll give her the coffee but get away (I closed the door but heard what he said before leaving)

Nick: don't worry about us, I'm married and anyways...Demi and I are way much better as best friends than other thing so chill...there's not a possibility of us being together Joe. Don't fear.
