The Continuation of The Blood of Olympus

~Leo~

The sun was just setting in the horizon as Leo and Calypso neared Camp Half Blood. Leo could see the campers lining up in their cabin lines at the mess hall for dinner. Festus slowly descended and a group of campers noticed them. They stared, wide eyes, and ran to Percy, Annabeth, and Grover who were getting their food. One of the campers yelled and pointed up towards Leo and Calypso.

"Their alive!!! Jason, Piper get over here!" Annabeth yelled and campers around them jumped in surprise by the sudden outburst. Leo spotted Piper talking to Lacy and Jason talking to Chiron. Piper and Jason both paused their conversations and excused theirselves. They jogged over to Annabeth and Percy. Percy pointed towards Festus. Leo was planning to land in the woods but now that they were the center of attention, he landed Festus near the mess hall were everyone was pointing at them.

"Leo!!!" Piper came rushing to Leo's side and hugged him so hard that he was unable to breath. Piper noticed this and let go of Leo. "I'm back baby and better than ever!!!" Leo received some laughs and chuckles.

"We thought you were dead! You scared us to death!" Piper looked worried and even angry. Leo saw that he had hurt everyone by letting them think he was dead. He partially remembered being hurtled out of the sky and slipping into unconsciousness. He had been surrounded by darkness but then there was this bright light and he found himself again flying on Festus's back.

"Well to be truthful, I was dead." Leo saw the look of horror on everyone's faces so he quickly added, "But then Festus shot me with the physician's cure and I came back to life!" Everyone sighed with relief but then burst out loud with a ton of questions.

"What was it like to be dead?"

"Where were you this whole time?"

"Physician's cure? What's that?"

"Uh hum!" Everyone quieted down and looked around to see who said that. Calypso stepped out from behind Festus's back. She even looks more beautiful in the evening sunlight, Leo thought. Everyone turned their heads towards Calypso. "I really hate being ignored you know," she said and Leo couldn't help but smile.

"Calypso? But how? You said no man find Ogygia twice!" Percy had a look of astonishment on his face. His mouth hung open and Annabeth elbowed him. "Yeah and people said no demigod survived in Tartarus. What's your point?" Annabeth had a look of jealousy. Percy noticed this and put his arms around Annabeth. Annabeth relaxed and rested her head on his shoulder.

"Leo isn't just any man. He's courageous, strong, and my man so back off!" Some girls who were staring at Leo suddenly looked away. "Woah calm down, Calypso. I ain't going anyway," Leo said as he walked towards Calypso and put his arms around her.

"Ain't ain't a word," Annabeth said.

"Say the girl who just used it," Percy said back with a smile. Annabeth punched with shoulders lightly and rolled her eyes.

"So you guys are a couple?" Calypso asked. Leo couldn't help but feel a little jealous coming on. He stiffened. Calypso rolled her eyes and said, "Relax, Leo. I was just asking."

"Um yeah. We got together a few years back," Percy replied with a sheepish grin. Calypso nodded and turned towards Leo.

"So you said you wanted to introduce me to your friends. Is this all of them?" By this time, most of the campers had returned to the mess hall to eat their dinner. "No there are a few more," Leo turned towards Jason, "Hey where are Hazel, Frank, and Reyna?"

"They had to return to Camp Jupiter with the Romans but I'm allowed to stay here because I'm working on a project. Actually, I'll be going from one camp to another so your going to see me here a lot," Jason said. Piper smiled up at him. "I'm so proud of you standing up for the minor gods and their demigod children."

"Cool. I'm starving what are we having for dinner today?" Leo said.

"That's for you to find out. Meanwhile where is Calypso going to sit? We don't have a cabin for Atlas," Annabeth pointed out.

"She can sit at the Hephaestus cabin with me," Leo said and Calypso smiled at him. They walked towards the mess hall that was already filled with many campers. The Apollo kids were setting up the bonfire as the campers were finishing up their meals.

"It's good to be home."
