"What do you mean what did I do?" I asked confusedly.
"You embarassed her infront of people, Emma. That's not nothing" he replied angrily.
"Who do you want to get embarassed? Me or her?!" I slightly yelled.
"I- I- I don't know!" he stuttured.
"Then don't go to anyone's side" I crossed my arms infront of my chest.
"I'm on her side" he replied.

I raised an eyebrow.

"Huh?" I chuckled.
"I'm on her side. Not yours" he said.

My heart ached.

"We're suddenly like this?" I asked.
"Like what?" he exclaimed.
"Like nothing every happened." I said.

Marie and three other blondes came upto us but Ethan didn't know.

"What happened?" he asked.
"Last night?" I replied, slightly smirking.

I knew Marie was listening to our conversation.

"I thought that was just a way of saying thank you and goodbye!" he exclaimed.

Marie and her friends' eyes widen.

"No it wasn’t" I rapidly shook my head.
"What was it then?" he held the straps of his bag.
"More than that" I replied and walked past by them, heading to the library.

"Hello Emma" missis Hasna greeted.
"Hey" I quietly replied then sat down to my spot.
"That book is not available here on the library anymore. There's new ones" she said.

I stopped my self from reading Bruises and Roses.

"Wait— what?" I asked.
"That book's gone. You're the only one that has a copy of that. Do you mind giving it to me so I can give it to the bookman or you'd pay for it?" she said.

I knit my eyebrows.

"This is not free anymore?" I frowned.
"Nope. Sorry, Emma" she weakly smiled.

I huffed and stretched, closing the book.

There were at least twenty more book pages left to read.

"Aw, um here" I stood up from my seat.

Missis Hasna then got the book and nodded. I looked around to search for newer books to read.

"Pearls Of Your Love?" I asked, pulling a book from a shelf.
"Oh, one of the newest books that arrived today. Trust me, you'll love that book." she gave a reassuring nod.
"Okay.." I slowly nodded.

Before, I don't really feel okay with missis Hasna but now, I think we'll get along.

Haven't seen miss Minda in a while.

"You need anything?" she smiled.
"Nope" I shook my head.

She nodded and I started to read the book.

"I'm sorry she did that to you, she's a real ass sometimes" I chuckled, pulling her into a kiss.
"I know. What a whore" she rolled her eyes.
"What is she talking about by the way?" she then asked.
"Huh?" my heart skipped a beat.
"The last night thing she was saying. Thank you stuff?" she asked in a mad tone.
"Oh, that's bullshit" I chuckled.
"Hey, i'm glad we're back" she nodded, smiling.
"I'm glad" I nodded as well.
"Does Jake know?" I then asked.
"He won't know if I won't tell him" she smirked, making me laugh.

A part of me were looking for Emma's presence.

"That's weird evi— I mean uh, nothing" I stopped my self.

She just raised an eyebrow at me before going inside my car.

"Haven't sat here since. Who's the last person that sat here except for you and Gray?" she asked, sitting at the back.
"Emma." I replied.

She knit her eyebrows.
