Terms.

I really didn't know if dre was lying to me or not, but the one time in my life he felt sincere.

It was about to get real ugly and I was starting to get scared a little because I was in this alone.

"Ka'i."Aunt Lori said knocking on the door.

"Yeah."I said turning around meeting her face.

"People are out there expecting you."She said referring to the repast guests.

"I'll be out in minute."I said softly, removing my dress.

Aunt Lori POV

"Are you okay?"

"No."Ka'i said simply.

"I-i I'm not okay."

This was the first time in my life I ever heard Ka'i admit that she wasn't okay. She had pride of steel and to see her lose it all was absolutely heart breaking.

"I'll be okay though."She said picking up Laila.

Ka'i POV

"Are you sure?"

"Yes."I nodded.

"Okay."She said opening the door.

Smooth POV

"I love y'all too."I said to my kids."Let me talk back to your mom."

"Hey."My baby mama/ "wife" Cassandra said softly.

"When will you guys be in?"

"Tonight."

"Tonight?"I asked hesitant."Yes."

"You sound worried."She said chuckling.

In all honestly I was.

"I'm happy."I lied."I'll see you later then."She said softly.

"Cassy?"

"Yeah?"

"I love you." I said hanging up.

"Like that?" Ka'i asked teary eyed."Like that?"She asked again.

I was lost for words, I was busted and I knew it was suddenly over.

"Sounds like you have a situation going on to me."

Ka'i POV

I couldn't believe what I was hearing, maybe I was wrong for ease dropping, but everything literally happens for a reason.

"I do."He said softly.

"I been wanting to tell you, but I never got the chance to."

My heart dropped to my stomach and I couldn't breathe.

"Tell me now."I said calmly, on the verge of snapping.

Smooth POV

I could see the tension rise in her chest and her face turn mildly red.

"I-i. My family is coming back home tonight."I blurted out.

"Family? Family like this?"She pointed around to her family.

"My wife and kids."I said teary eyed.

"Your wife and kids ?"She said softly.

"Wife and kids."She yelled.

"The whole time you been fucking me,playing step daddy and house ? And nigga you out here with a whole ass family."

"A wife and kids."She said crying.
