You point to the fragment, which is just laying in the sand.
Sugarcoat: Wait a second, this looks familiar.
Trixie: Exactly, when we tried to grab the last fragment, we were knocked unconscious and taken to Kraven's little jungle hideout.
Fluttershy: Well we can't just leave it there!
Sour: I agree, someone should go grab it.

Sunset and the others rush over to check up on you.

Soon enough Sandman pops out of the sand, and he has the fragment.
Sandman: Looking for this Web Head?

Applejack: What are you doing here Marko?
Sandman: I'm taking this rock, I think I can use it to squash you!
Sugarcoat: Just give us the fragment please! If we play right now, we're going to be dumping sand out of our clothes!

The sandstorm decreases a little bit.
