ooo. synopsis!

It was a sick, sick world. There was no doubt about that. Especially when people would gather - for fun - around the tv, to watch children be beaten to death, mutilated, murdered. Not everyone enjoyed it, especially the people in the districts, who could only watch from the sidelines as their own blood was killed, the people they had grown up with, lying dead in a field, going crazy, being hunted. And it was this truth, that many people knew. And the people, they hated it.

Indigo Marsh, was one of many who scowled at the idea of the Hunger Games, who feared becoming one of the victims of such sport. Of such game. And  yet, she could never stop her name from being pulled in the Sixty Ninth Hunger Games. Her family, was part of the middle class in District 5, and it was a surprise when she was reaped at that stupid, stupid, reaping. And having no experience or training, the citizens of District 5 prepares to say a fair well to the daughter of a black smith.

She might've not had any training what so ever, but Indigo decided as she was reaped that she was going to play their cruel, bloody sport, and she'd come back to her District. Indigo Marsh, knew her chances of survival were one in a million, but she also knew the game was wrong. And she knew for fact that a wrong game has to be bloody and sneaky, and wrong to be a fair game.

On the day she was reaped, she made a choice. And that was life.

iii. [ edit: 30. 11. 2020 ] Hi everyone! I
just want to say thank you for the
overwhelming amount of support I've
gotten on this story. However, I do want
to say that when I started writing it was
kind of rushed and so the first act is not
my best work. So sorry if it's not your
cup of tea. Also I was indecisive with
the timing and so originally I had her
games as the 71st but then I changed
it to the sixth ninth. Again I want to say
thank you!
