King Faisal Air Base

The hangar was dim, small echoes of chatter and footsteps lined the inside.

Suddenly, a crack of light starts to grow wider, illuminating more and more of the hangar.

The huge doors were opening.

A man let's his arm down, pressing a button on his Walkman. The action causes music to come out of the headphones, which he now put on.

He smiled as he walked to the doors, his jacket slumped over his shoulder.

A tap on the shoulder interrupted his jamming out.

"Don't get too into your music Robert, you'll miss the war!" A man with a British accent said.

He lifted one of the speakers from his ear.

"Whatever Shelton. Besides, it's just a simple reconnaissance flight." He put his jacket on.

As they both left the hangar, the morning sun warmed their bodies as a light breeze swept over them.

A jet flew off the airway, it's engine could be heard all across base.

They watched as the plane flew off into the distance.

"So uh, hows that kid doin'?" Shelton asked.

"He's good." Robert chuckled.

"Oh it's a he!" Shelton commented.

"Yup, I'm already thinkin' of a name." He turned to him.

"Let's hear it!" Shelton demanded.

"Okay okay..." he held his arms up.

"I was thinking... (Y/N)." Robert smirked.

"(Y/N) huh? What's she think of the name?" Shelton stepped forward, Robert followed.

"She loves it actually." He answered.

"I can't wait to see that boy, I just wanna watch him grow up Y'know?" He added.

Shelton nodded, they kept walking.

"I can definitely see myself having kids, I just wanted to wait for you so you could give me the advice." Shelton smiled.

Robert was quiet.

"Take that as you will." Shelton patted him on the back.

"Will do." Robert said.

A man walks up to the two of them.

"Robert, Shelton, are you two ready for your flight?" He asked.

Robert looked at Shelton.

"Yes we are."

(Y/N) slowly woke up from a knock on his door.

"(Y/N)." A familiar voice said.

"One minute Amelie." He called out.

He stood up, grabbing a towel and wrapping it around him.

As he was drying off, Amelie opened the door.
