Gray's POV

I unknowingly stared into the empty space as I thought of how Ysha possibly reacted when I walked out yesterday. Does it even bother her that I walked out? Even just a bit?

If so, why didn't she followed me?

I released  a deep sigh. If I could change what happened yesterday, I must have prevented being angry and stopped my jealousy. But... But I just can't control myself. It fckin irritates me now na hindi kami nagkikibuan ni Ysha. Sure sabay pa rin kaming pumasok sa school but we never uttered a single word.

"Mr. Chavez."

Was she stunned by how I blurted out my jealousy and feelings? Fuck. How could I make it up to her?

"Gray Drayon Chavez!"

Should I apologize first? Or do I need to run down my pride and wait for her apology? Damn.

"MR. GRAY DRAYON CHAVEZ!"

I ran down my hands to my hair multiple times. It bothers the hell out of me. Should I---

"What?!" I looked at Nathan fiercely dahil sa pagkalabit niya sa akin. I was busy thinking of Ysha and siguraduhin lang nitong mas importante pa kay Ysha ang sasabihin niya!

"Bro, kanina ka pa kasi tinatawag ni Ma'am." He whispered to me and I immediately looked at Mrs. Figueras who's now looking at me like a mad woman.

Now what?

Instead of answering politely, tiningnan ko lang si Mrs. Figueras with my forehead still creased. She is our professor in Database Management System, a terror one but as if I care...

"I didn't expect that you would behave like that, Mr. Chavez."

Clearly. How could she expect me to calm down kung hindi ako kinikibo ni Ysha. It's been about 14 hours since we last interacted and I already missed her.

"Drop your gaze, Mr. Chavez!"

Why would I?

"Gray! H-hoy ano ka ba?", said Jace in a nervous manner.

What's with this old woman?

"Okay. I'll forgive you for your misbehavior once you answer my question.", kibit balikat niyang sabi nang hindi inalis ang tingin sa akin.

"What is the importance of Database Management System? What are the four types of database organization and explain to me each type Mr. Chavez.", dagdag niya pa.

I didn't move even a bit. I just looked at her like she's the craziest person alive. Why would I answer the question and be forgiven kung mismo ako hindi pa pinapatawad ni Ysha.

"Sagutin mo naman Gray. Punyetang tigresa yan, di pa pinalampas!", Jace whispered.

"Sige ka, sasabihin talaga namin kay Ysha na napahiya ka sa klase kasi hindi ka nakasagot sa tanong---"

Jackson did not finish what he's saying because I immediately stand up out on impulse. I heaved a deep sigh. Seriously.

"In point of fact, there are a lot of important keypoints about Database Management System but since you haven't asked me how many would you want then I'll give you one. It relieves users of framing programs for data maintenance. As for the four main types, it includes relational, flat, object-oriented and hierarchical. First, when data is organized as logically independent tables, that falls into the relational database type. You see, relationship among these tables can only be shown through shared data. Second, flat database is when a data is organized in a single kind of record with a fixed number of fields. Obviously, this type encounters more errors due to its repetitive nature. Third, object oriented database is in similarity with object-oriented programming concepts e.g. objects, data, methods and classes. Lastly, hierarchical database as its name suggests, data is organized through hierarchical relationships. So what now?"
