I kinda just froze.
¨Kiddo, what's going on?¨ Patton asked me again.
¨Pat, I think everyone's just tired from the last video.¨ I responded.
Patton sighed, pinching the bridge of his nose. ¨Virgil, listen to me for a minute. I really don't appreciate lying. So, please, are you telling me the truth? We don't need anymore Deceits in the mindscape.¨

I took a deep breath. ¨Look Patton, I'm really sorry for getting so mad at you. I think we're all just really stressed right now. But if it makes you feel any better, I'll go check on Logan, okay?¨

I walked down the hallway when I heard glass shatter.

My instincts told me to run away.
But the sound was coming from Logan's room.
