Chapter 2- Moving on?

3 months... It had been 3 months since he left her. Bethany has been trying to make it ok for herself. But it's hard. She was at Target with Sadie just messing around. Bethany has been spending a lot of time with the girls. 

"Bethany!! Look at that cute owl pillow!!!" Sadie exclaimed.

"Awe!!" Bethany's eyes widened as she stepped back she tripped

"Woah now! Are you ok?" A male voice said while holding Bethany.

"Uh.... Uhh ya I'm fine." Bethany stuttered turning around to face a very, atrractive guy.

He seemed about 5'10, he had deep brown eyes and brown hair that just swooped to the side perfectly. 

"I'm Steven." He said lifting her back to her feet.

"Bethany...." They just looked at eachother. That's all they did.

"Uhhh.... Hi I'm Sadie, and I'm taken, but my friend here. You look fimiliar..." Sadie nudged and smirked.

"Oh hi.  I don't know maybe you've seen my ads." He responded

"What do you advertise..?" she asked.

"I model for Hollister." He smiled

"Oh? Your a Hollister model? COOL!" Sadie exclaimed nugging and winking at Bethany as she just rolled her eyes.

"So uh if your ok I'll maybe just leave... Can I have your number? Maybe we can hangout?" He was stutter by now

"Oh yah! For sure!" Bethany smiled that dimple fulled smile. She hasn't smiled like that since that day Derek broke her heart...

They swapped number and chatted for a bit with Sadie. When they got into Sadie's car, Sadie immediately started shouting,

"BETHANY"S GETTING A BOYFRIEND. BETHANY"S GETTING A BOYFRIEND!! Ah I'm so happy for you!" 

"SHUT UP!!! We literally just met! Bethany blushed however.

"I'm so happy for you! You have to call him for a date like TONIGHT!" Sadie exclaimed

"But... I don't know..." Bethany looked down.

"Bethany, I know you loved Derek but... Sweetie if he doesn't realize what he's missing out on. You gotta find a guy who wil realize how AMAZING you are!" She hugged Beth.

Sadie and Bethany were just chilling for the rest of the day at Bethany's house. Sadie helped Beth film a video. While cleaning up Bethany found something that just broke her a little again... 

"Beth, what is it?" Sadie asked kneeling down next to her.

It was a photo... A photo of her and Derek. It was a beautiful photo, she was on Derek's back and they were just looking at eachother. It was that look that reminded her how much she loved him. Seeing that photo determind it. She took her phone and dialed the number she just recieved not even 7 hours ago. It was ringing for a while, however there was eventually Beth heard Steven's voice through the phone.

"Hello?"

"Hey it's Bethany from Target!"

"Oh hey!"

"Hey so I was wondering if you were busy tomorrow?"

"No not really, I just have to pick up my litte sister at some dance workshop at 5. But you can totally come"

"Oh yah sure!"

"Great I'll pick you up at 2 and we can hangout before!"

"Ok great, I'll text you my address!"
