"Durga! "

Garima muttered but enough for the others to hear. Lavanya looked at Garima in surprise and the others in confusion. Durga smiled and nodded, he then looked around and his eyes fell on Khushi who was in Arnav's arms because of MJ's creepy stares at her. Durga left the others and moved closer to Khushi who became intimidated with Durga's closeness to her but strangely found her self drawn to him. Durga opened his arms for Khushi who strangely moved out of Arnav's arms and straight into Durga's arms.

Both hugged each other like father and daughter. Everyone with the exception of Garima and Shashi smiled at the scene making the others more confused. Shashi had met Durga once and he knew who he was to Khushi but was surprised to see him here especially after Garima and him run away after the second attempt on Khushi's life without informing him. After a few minutes, Khushi who was by now crying still hugging Durga said.

"Why am I crying?...... And why am I hugging you if this is only the second time we are meeting. "

Durga chuckled with tears in his eyes and then broke the hug and wiped Khushi's tears with his hand and cupped her face and exclaimed.

"Khushi dear....... Blood is thicker than water and love is thicker than blood... And my dear this is not the first or second time we've met. ( Khushi and the other were even more confused making Durga, Garima, Shashi and Anita who was watching from afar chuckle.) I am you father's elder brother and that means I am your uncle and so is MJ here who happens to be the younger brother of your father and I thus making Lavanya here your cousin. "

This shocked the young adults in the room and they all turned their gaze to Garima and she nodded agreeing to what Durga just said. Khushi turned to Lavanya who was almost on the verge of crying because since childhood she always wished for a sister or a brother and today her best friend happens to be her sister. Both rushed and hugged each other as if their lives depended on it and started crying.

"Chamkilee is my sister....... I have a sister...... Am not alone anymore. "

Lavanya kept on chanting and Khushi kept on nodding. Everyone had tears in their eyes except Urvashi and MJ who knew now that with Durga now in the picture, it will be difficult to achieve their respective schemes. The two cousins then broke the hug and started touching each other like two people who haven't seen each other in years.

"Now I remember you...... You were the girl for who my parents and I came to India to celebrate your birthday and we meet twice but after a few weeks dad and mum made us move back to London without any explanation..... (Lavanya confessed and Khushi tried to remember but failed making Lavanya and the others who knew nothing confused.)

" She won't remember. " Payal said which shocked lavanya.

"Payal is right Lavanya....... You see Khushi doesn't remember a lot of her childhood because of the accident that killed her parents and left your uncle in a coma... She was in the car with them."

Lavanya gasped looking at Khushi who looked at Lavanya apologetically for not remembering her.

"Well it doesn't matter...... What matters is we are sisters. " Lavanya said enthusiastically and hugged Khushi again. They both broke the hug but Khushi frown in confusion.

"If you knew about us then why didn't you look for me. " Khushi asked Durga making him look guiltily at Khushi.

"It's a long story my dear Khushi. " said a female voice behind them.

Everyone turned to the source of the voice which was none other than Anita. Urvashi started sweating seeing Anita alive and well. Her fear of Anita revealing her truth to everyone doubled seeing her. Anita moved closer and stood in front of Urvashi who got frightened at her menacing steps towards her. Anita stood in front of her and with a cunning smile said.
