Mexico is friends with almost everyone and there only a few countries that do dislike Mexico but it is for minor things. Mexico gets along with everybody because of his personality and how he likes to have fun. He is very polite and respectable to people of a higher status (unless he doesn't like you or you're a close friend of his). He is an open book that doesn't mind what others think of him and protects his friends who he considers family.
His best friends are Cuba, Canada, Japan, Philippines, Brazil, Chile, all of Central America, Venezuela, Colombia, Argentina, France, and Germany.
Even though he may disagree but America is also his best friend too as they have known each other for so long and know almost everything about one another even if they don't get along now. They're not going to forget their childhood friendship anytime soon. Mexico still trusts America to a certain extent.
