This man is full of excuses. If he doesn't want to do what you requested him to do or he is too distracted he'll always and I mean always respond with either "mañana" or "ahorita" even if it doesn't make sense he'll use it. He uses this especially towards the more stricter nations like Germany, Britain, and Austria and to the "annoying" nations like America, Romano (to piss him off), and Denmark.
Prepare to get a chair when you get this response.
In case you don't understand Spanish "mañana" means tomorrow and "ahorita" means in a bit.
