If someone screws up and the consequences either affect him or the world he will summon belts or sandals out of thin air and smack them with it while yelling. His accuracy when throwing these at people is terrifyingly accurate and he throws them hard.
This recently happened to America when he got into conflict with Iran, Mexico spent a few minutes beating him with a leather belt yelling
"Leave the Middle East alone for once in your goddamn life! You're gonna cause another Great Depression! I'm your fucking neighbor, you're gonna destroy us and Canada! Stupid ass, good for nothing, fat pig! Vete a la verga!"
All of that in Spanish and in syllables.
