Mexico is very notorious for showing up late to events, meetings, or even dinner parties. Many of the countries hate it but it is a common custom in Mexico and it is not seen as rude.
Mexico is the type of person that would show up late and then convince everyone with an excuse but if someone is late that is not him he'll go off on them. He is a bit of hypocrite. Germany and Britain gets on his ass for this.
