I feel like Mexico would have a reputation of being a delinquent even though he is far from it. He would be like that laidback guy who can easily make friends and is just misunderstood from his rebellious nature as he is disciplined and respectful.
As of clubs he would either be part of the Gastronauts with France, China, and Turkey. Or he would be part Friends of Music with Austria and Prussia. Or he would start his own Dance Club.
