Tumbling Down

Emily POV

I was really tired and my couch was the most uncomfortable piece of furniture ever made. So I decided to sleep in my bed with Ali. She was already under the covers, laying down.

"Hey Em don't forget your medicine." she mumbled

"Right, thanks Ali." I took my medicine and climbed into bed. And for once in a long time I felt safe. All i could feel was the warmth of the wonderful person lying next to me. I was changing in a good way. My barriers are starting to tumble down and I feel like thats okay. I hope its okay.

Alison POV

I didn't think Em would let down her guard but I'm glad she did. Em made me feel loved and like I'm worth something and i hope that feeling never goes away. We haven't known each other long but we've already seen the worst of each other. Even if she just wanted to be friends i would still love her. My heart might hurt for awhile but i would get over it. I really wish my mom would've excepted me though. She would've really liked Em. Speaking of Em she has a slight snore which is really cute. I looked at my phone and I had some missed called from Aria and Spencer, then i noticed the time 2:00 in the morning. Whoa it was already 2. So, i decided that i should close my eyes. What a long day....

*the next morning*

Emily POV

I woke up at about 8 am Ali was still asleep. So i took my meds and decided to go and get her key made. As I was walking out of the hardware store two dark haired girls walked up to me. Weren't they Ali's friends? Maybe.

"Hey have you seen Alison?" The shorter brunette asked.

"Who's asking?"

"Spencer and Aria." they introduced theirselves.

"Im Emily."

"Yeah we know." Spencer said sternly

"Anyway, yes i know where Alison is. Come with me."

"Okay" they replied worriedly. I just ignored their worried looks and walked to my car. They sat in the cluttered back. We got to my house and i used Alison's key just to make sure it worked. When the door was opened i yelled to Ali.

"Ali you have guests."

"Who?" She yelled back. Her voice was raspy. Oops i woke her up...

"Spencer and aria." she practically sprinted out of the room. Alison was a mess, in a good way, her hair was in a messy bun and she was wearing my loose clothes. When did she put those on... I have to admit she looked sexy. She must've noticed I was checking her out because when our eyes met she winked at me. Spencer and Aria were totally oblivious. They ran past me and pulled Ali into the bedroom. I was left alone so i decided to go for a run to keep myself busy.

Aria POV

"Ali we looked all over for you."

"Well you found me, so whats up?" Alison said

"When we went to your house and when we knocked on the door no one answered. I just thought nobody was home but, your moms car was there.... Alison what happened."

Alison POV

"Im sure you've both seen the picture."

They nodded.

"Someone sent the picture to my mom and when she saw it she kicked me out."

"How come you didn't ask to stay with one of us?" Spencer sounded kind of angry.

"Well i figured your parents wouldn't allow it... So here i am. As for my mom i will go and talk to her later this week." I have to admit i was a bit worried about my mom. I just hope she'll talk to me. Even though she kicked me out she is still my mother.

" I guess we should get going then" Aria said, Spencer nodded in agreement.

I followed them toward the door. Aria walked out to Spencer's car while she stayed behind and said " Ali i hope you know what your doing." Then she walked out. I shut the door and went into the tiny kitchen. We never actually got food.

Where'd Em go...

She walked in the door and tossed me a key.

"Sorry Blondie. I got bored and went or a run. Thats your key." she said heaving.

"Thanks. Hey Em sometime next week I need to go and pick up some stuff from my old house." It felt so weird saying my old house.

Emily POV

I could tell Ali was a little scared about going back to her house.

"Do you want me to come with you?" Her eyes had been dark but lit up when i offered to go with her.

"Yes...please, thank you." She said excitedly
