I was waiting for XiaoBai to enter from any moment but she still hasn't emerged, I waited a little longer just when I was about to go look for her, she walked in carrying a dish in her hands. "Dijun." She smiled sheepishly at me. "Come here XiaoBai." She skipped to my side and sat down handing me the dish. "I made these for you." XiaoBai even no you're still doing things for me, I took a bite of the sweet cakes she made me and I smiled. "Just the way I like them." I kissed her noise. "Can we go now?" She said impatiently. "Where to XiaoBai." I teased and her face fell. "What's wrong?" I asked but she just huffed at me and went straight to bed pulling the quilt over her body. "XiaoBai if you're going to bed now, how will we go to the crystal land." Immediately she jerked up a bright beautiful smile on her face. "We are still going?" She was practically bouncing on the bed. "I never said we weren't going in the first place." She was out of bed in a second and before I knew it she was dragging me towards the door. "XiaoBai slow down." but that fell on deaf ears we made it safely outside but her steps came to a halt and she bumped back to me, I looked down to see Yang Yang kneeling. XiaoBai went behind me. " Take him back to Heavenly lord." The guards nodded and lead him back to Heavenly lord. "Let's go." We got into the boat and travelled to our home. XiaoBai started singing and playing with the water, when we arrived she got off the boat quickly only to throw herself at the bed of purple flowers. She giggled sweetly. "I love it here!" She exclaimed happily."Don't ever bring anyone else here!" She exclaimed again and I laughed. "What are you laughing at? Did you understand what I said." She was glaring at me. "Yes! Yes! Never bring anyone here." She smiled at me and put her head down. "XiaoBai there's a cold spring inside the mountain go take a bath there." Today I wanted to remove the poison from her system and strengthen her magic. "Okay." She hopped inside and I heard the water splash. After a while I went inside the mountain and she hid under the water. "XiaoBai what are you hiding for?" Her face half emerged from the water. "Are you joining me?" She gargle'd the water. "Mm." She gasped and watched me remove my robes the look in her eyes made me change my mind quickly. "Maybe I'll just leave my clothes on." I got into the spring behind and pulled her towards me. "XiaoBai stay still." I started removing the toxins in her body letting them run into the water, I grabbed her suddenly and got out of the water. She whined not very pleased by this. "The water is toxic now but it will be cleansed in three days, I used some magic to get her dressed and we walked back outside. "Sit here and sit still." She made funny faces at me but still complied I but a shield around us and started transfering my spiritual power to her, after awhile I transferred half of my essence to her and then finally I gave her half of my magic. She won't feel anything now but when her body absorbs it, she will lightly feel a strong pull towards me. I sealed my magic and she opened her eyes. "Why did you do that?" Her beautiful eyes piercing my soul. "Something's don't a need a reason why, they just need to be done." She raised her hand slowly and touched my eyes, she caressed my cheeks the look in her eyes was so foreign to me but I had seen many goddesses with this expression but it was never intense like how XiaoBai's is, I took her hand and kissed the inside of her palm. "XiaoBai you never told me how you feel." Her eyes were searching mine then she said. "My heart chose you before I met you and when I met you my soul had found its home,
It's in your eyes that I want to see the stars

She gentle wiped my eyes and I suddenly felt that my face was damp. "How could you feel like this for me? XiaoBai am I really worthy of such feelings." She placed her index finger on my lips. " You dwell too much in the past, we're no longer there, we're in the present and there's still a future. Heaven and earth may move but I would never give up on my love for you or give up loving you, you are worthy of this and more,
You grew up alone with no one to care for you and stay by side but that's what I want stay with you and care for you." For the first time my eyes looked at XiaoBai differently, I never considered myself as lacking anything and I've lived my life in peace and harmony not caring about the things of the world many goddesses have come and gone but XiaoBai has been the only constant one, even though I had hurt her she still came to save me. I didn't realise it before but now I could see it clearer I was in love with her and I wasn't ever going to let go. Her fingers slipped into my lips and we just stared at each other. "XiaoBai I want you to be my Empress." She gasped and smiled gleefully. "dijun I don't want to be your Empress, I want to be your wife leave the fancy titles for the world." I pushed her onto the ground as I laid on top of her listening to her heartbeat, she embraced me playing with my hair until she fell asleep, soon I followed her and closed my eyes.
