After I drove up and grabbed Rein from the cliff I drove her to my favourite place to sit and think. We parked on the street and walked over to a giant tree in the middle of a tiny forested area. Rein looked around wondering what the fuck we were doing here and I just needed her to see my place I come when I'm feeling like shit. I walk over to the tree and place my hand on it

"It's like it can feel my energy," I smile "see here, blood. I cut myself on this tree cause it's so damn sharp," I giggle.

"Why a tree? Like this specific tree," she asks

"I'm not sure, I feel like it just kinda calms me down," I shrug

I sit down in a little patch of grass right beside the tree and I lean against the tree. Rein looks around awkwardly before deciding to sit down with me.

"I'm sorry Skylar. I can't believe I ran away from my only friend. I had such a urge to run because I always push people away," Rein trails off

"You know how I feel. You don't know how many times I've tried to push Lisa and Jessica away so many times-" but Rein cut me off

"What about Harley?" She questioned

"I don't know. He's been my best friend for as long as I could remember and I feel like-" I started

"But you feel something so strong you just can't let go," Rein shrugs

"Yeah," I sigh "Harley is just kinda my-" I tried to speak again

"Don't you are say brother. I've seen girls say their boy best friend 'their like a brother to me' because the next thing you knew was they were making out in the damn sports closet," Rein sighs

I widen my eyes at what she's said because, it's really true. I never knew I had feelings for Harley but I honestly just really want to hide them away and not get hurt. I stood up, not wanting to be here anymore. I helped Rein up and realized how skinny and tiny she was. I could wrap my pinky around her wrist, twice. We walked up to the car and I got in the drivers seat and pulled the seat belt over my chest. Rein got in the passenger seat and did up her seatbelt and just stared out the window.

We drove all around the city looking around and not even saying a word until we arrived at my house. We got out of the car and walked into my moms place. "Mom I've brought a friend," I scream out. "Okay Hun," my mom yells from her room. I walk Rein into my kitchen to see Harley sitting there.

"What are you doing here?" I ask

"Are you two okay?" He asks

"Yes, we're fine," Rein fake smiles

I go up to the fridge and throw an apple at Rein. Her face goes blank but I knew exactly what she was thinking. I knew she haven't eaten in forever since I wrapped my pinky around her wrist. She smiled slightly and she looked up and me and frowned. I mouthed 'just eat it' and she nodded slowly. She slowly brought the apple up to her mouth and took a small bite. She chewed for a while and then swallowed really slow. She was about to run to the bathroom and but I grabbed onto her arm and threw some water her way. I sat her down in the tall chair for the island in the middle of my kitchen. She tried again, once again a small bite. She chewed really slowly and swallowed and swished it down with some water.

"I can't do it," she said shaking her head

"Yes you can," I said braving her hand and smiling.

"I know I shouldn't be here but Rein you can do it," Harley smiled.

Rein smiled nervously at Harley and took a little bit of a bigger bite. She chewed it for five minutes and then swallowed.

"Can I stop now?" She asks putting the apple down

"Not until you finish the apple," I say with a warm smile
