Angel
This is the fourth day that I never heard from Justin. Four days of not knowing where he is, is four days of emotional torture. Ang dami ko ng naisip at naitanong sa sarili ko kung bakit hindi siya nagparamdam dahil OK naman pala ito. Basing from the video that his brother posted on IG Yesterday, he actually seemed OK. His brother posted a video of him busy playing a computer game. Pero bakit naman hindi man lang niya ako nireplayan?
I checked my phone when I heard I had a Facebook notification. It was Ken. AGAIN. He have been sending me funny memes ever since the last time I saw him at the lobby. For some weird reason nag fe-feeling close ito saakin. Ganito siguro ito ka bored dahil mag isa lang ito sa unit nila ngayon dahil nag uwian ang ibang members sa kanya kanyang mga pamilya nila. And both Ken's parents are working outside of the country so probably that's the reason why.
We've been exchanging memes. No conversation at all. Nag se-send lang ito ng mga memes at ni re-replayan ko lang din ng mga memes . But this time I seenzoned him. I'm not in the mood na makig meme fight dito ngayon so I just ignored it. I'm busy.
These past two days I occupied myself with work to divert my attention. Umaabot na nga ako nang madaling araw kaharap lang ang computer ko so that after work, I would be extremely tired already and no longer have time to think of Justin. Ayaw ko na rin tanungin si Ken about him. Wala lang din naman itong matinong maisasagot.
Then I heard my phone ringing. It was a phone call from Kingsley.
Me: " Hey what's up? " Tanong ko when I answered the phone.
Kingsley: " Hey what are you doing? "
Me: " Working? " Maikling sagot ko dahil nag ta-trabaho pa ako. I'm just using a wireless earphones.
Kingsley : " Girllll.. You act like your Mom and dad makes your work. But you secretly like it... Like you wanna be a poor person. " Maarteng sabi nito.
I laughed when I heard him said that. Alam ko kasing nagbibiro lang siya dahil napaka workaholic nito. He's an Interior designer. He's a millionaire at the age of 23. He won an international reality show " The apartment ". It's an interior designing contest. Since then, non stop and mga projects nito and he recently just decided to give himself a break kaya ako ang parating kinukulit nito ngayon.
Me: " You know, a job probably won't kill you King. " Sakay ko sa biro niya.
Kingsley : " Don't worry after my short vacation leave di mo na naman ko mahahagilap. But Kidding aside, ahmm.. I'm gonna send you something. "
Me: " Alright? " Maikling tugon ko.
