No one POV

Kota had woken up with a firey spirit in his eyes. He was going to beat the bastard and finally claim what is rightfully his, no way in hell will he allow his precious angel to go out with the demon. Pulling in his uniform he did some quick exercises with his quirk and did some push-up and basic workouts before running off to waving to his teacher and crush goodbye. "Don't forget to take your medication and I'll be sure to bring some treats for you later!" It'll be best to tell him my feelings after giving him a gift. Izuku arm was almost completely healed and no longer needed bandages and his fever had gone down tremendously though he'd need to take it easy. 

Kota made it to school only to be confronted by Kira. "You're going to fight for your man huh? You grew up so fast." She jests but her eyes show support and Kota knew he could ask her for backup if he needed it. He gave a quick nod before glancing in the direction of Kira's crush who was writing something down studiously. Kira punched the taller boy's arm before shrugging. "You better ask out Yasu soon. After I win I'm going to ask out Izuku."

Kira looked up at her best friend then took a quick glance at her crush. Yasu was silently studying as he always does. He's one of the smartest in our class after all. He ranks 3rd highest grade from exams while Kota was in 1st highest rank. "Challenge accepted."  

The bell rang and class started.

Bakugo and Kota stood in their hero costumes. Both stared at each other, the school was vacant and it was just the two on the training ground. Both waited to make a first move.

"Are you sure you wanna still do this brat. I won't hold back." Bakugo hissed allowing the teen to leave before things got ugly for him. "What? Scared to lose to me, Old man? I am not backing down now." Kota snapped back. Bakugo on his final nerve snapped and lunged for the boy. "You're gonna pay for saying that brat!" Kota was ready though as he turned left letting Bakugo pass him. Bakugo grabbed Kota's arm using him to jump up, pulling his legs up ready to kick the dark haired boy's head. Kota ducked letting Bakugo slide off his back. Bakugo bounced back using his blasts to propel into Kota punching his face. Kota ignored the pain and used this as a chance to punch Bakugo in the stomach with his water quirk.

Both heavy blows caused Kota to be punched back meters from where he was standing, while Bakugou was punched up into the sky. Kota breathed heavily; he knew that Ground Zero had the upperhand in this battle from experience, to strength and even skills. Kota though knew he did have some upper hands over Bakugou. He knew his stamina was limited compared to his and... Kota ignored the pain in his jaw and focused on Bakugo's sweat. Sweat was mostly water as well as the human body. Kota didn't get the chance to focus because Ground Zero was blasting right to him. Kota created platforms with the water he sensed around him elevating himself from the blonde bullet. Kota jumped from platform to platform of water.

Kota cursed mentally he needed an opening. He knew that he needed at least a minute to be able to even stop Bakugo's attack. Bakugo bulled towards him dodging Kota's water orbs. Kota focused on the droplets creating tiny needle-like blades as he shot them all at different angles at the blonde. Bakugo blasted them all easily enough though swaying left and right on a one path ticket to the teenager. Kota felt his water getting weaker. He was close to the clouds thus rendering his powers weaker. Kota ran faster. 'Why can't I create an attack? How can I-"

Kota's eyes widened in realization. He was being too cautious. This is why he got in this mess in the first place. He should've made his feelings more clear for Izuku and not let him run away. Kota glared right at Ground Zero, his face was a demonic smile. Kota instead of jumping, he dived into the air. Falling down slicing through the air. Bakugo fired up his hands. He was fast but Kota was faster when Ground Zero had been encased in a bubble of water right before his blast. This had allowed Bakugo's sweat to mix with the water and since Bakugo was encased in that water. Kota smiled as he saw the blonde blow himself up.

Kota smiled thinking he had won until a fist connected with his gut. Ground Zero with burnt skin and his hair a little bit on fire laughed. Kota kicked Bakugo now only fighting on instinct. Neither of the boys using their quirks punched at each other twirling around in the air fighting with their territorial instincts. They were ready to give another blow when a cry made them freeze. "ENOUGH!"

Both boys hit the training ground with a loud boom causing the land area around them to break around them raising a move their heads as all their speech had caused an explosion. Dust poofed up into the air like a dust storm and rocks flew right and left like bullets. The two men groaned in pain but still ready to continue fighting if it wasn't for the green haired man standing above them with a look of anger, terror and confusion clouding his pure emerald eyes.

Oh we're so screwed the two challengers thought.
