the dream

~SABRE POV~ 

I looked around me I was just in a void, no ground, nothing, I couldn't see anything.

"so this the savior, a human,  really thought it would be someone better than this. like Shadow," I heard a voice it was demonic but a girl's voice.

" where am I ?! " I screamed doing 360's. A figured appeared right in front of me causing me to back up.

"Hello, this is your mind, well how you image your mind, sad u think of it as a void, not somewhere happy like your home or something, just a void, like you"  the being chuckled, it had long black hair but goop. one eye was like the pupil was a flower while the other one was an X as a pupil, its skin was very pale, wearing a black dress, one to a funeral.

". ok... who are you? whos shadow?" i demanded  

" well, im Lanza, and shadow was the one who got rid of the old leader. but little old oversee didn't know that there would be a new generation of entities" the girl so-called Lanza gave a frown,

 "wait is that the guardian, old leader, the new generation, is she an entity"

"wow you really question and think a lot, but I am an entity, different then others, I can go into your head, hear your thoughts, kinda like Hypno, but I can do things like erasing some, put fictional things in your little human brain, boop" she touched on the nose leaving goop on it, I whipped it off,  then she gave me a smile and I returned with a face of anger. I backed away from her,

"wait you can hear when I think to myself" I said with shock in my voice and a little fear

" yes, but no more questions it seems your time has run out talking to me, either way, I didn't get what I wanted ill see you later Elan, bye"  she gave me a smile her smile scaring me

"wait, I have-" I was cut off by a light shining in my eyes. I jumped, I looked around and I was back at my house, 

I had more question, why did my time run out, was it all a dream and in my head, I need to tell the overseer. wait how does she know my real name, oh she can read minds, im such an idiot.

 
I ran out of the room putting my bandana on as fast as I could. I opened the door to the outside world. Seeing everyone talking to one other besides the overseer

"Sabre you ok? " Alex asked giving a concerned look

" yeh I'm fine, do you know where the overseer is? "

"I think he headed to the lake, told us he needs to think for a bit"

" why do you need him? " galaxy Steve Questioned and I started to explain the dream I had. Alex scared, hypno steve confused and Galaxy Steve shocked.
"I think he knows about it, of course, I don't understand it at all"
" why would she go for you and not the overseer"
" I don't know Galaxy Steve " I headed to the lake behind the town to see the overseer pacing and mumbling to himself, i know he talks to himself but he seems off.

"Hey, mam, are you ok?" I said he looked at me scared, worried,  sad, he never looked like this ever

" I'm ok Sabre, how are you doing? " he said giving a smile of guilt and sadness

"fine, but I had this strange dream that I think you can help me with" he nodded letting me explain the dream, he had many mixes of emotion, sadness, anger, guilt, just not any good ones.

"Sabre, i have one question, when you saw her what vibe did she give off, "

"umm,, she sounded and acted like a psychopath, but it felt like she used to have something for somebody, I can't really explain, why?"

"ok I was seeing if you were, under control of her, I would be able to tell easier with the eyes of somebody that's under control, have x for pupils, but I know you wouldn't take off your blindfold"

"ok,.. but she said she knows you and mention this shadow person, I dont really understand that"

"yes I know her, she used to be,, how do I put this, associates, she was insane, she thought to do some sacred thing that means killing something that the entities would be gone. she soon got killed by them but they must have infected her and left like a back up if their mission fails and that there's will succeed, shadow, I found him in the forest when he was young and took care of him, he was one of my closest friends even though he was younger, he took things seriously,"

"What happened to him?" I questioned

"dont know after all the entities gone I never saw him again" the overseer looked down

" well thank you for the help overseer, do you want to go talk to the others" I gave a warm smile, and the elder blue nodded, we headed to the town ready to talk about what we are dealing with.

yah can you guess who shadow is, I will give a shout out,  this chapter also gave a sneak peek of the overseer's past and his experience with these beings,  im so sorry for this chapter being short I just  haven't had the time with school work, I should probably get to that, stay safe, and keep dreaming my muffins
