Chapter 4 SEEDs

Tenma POV

Aoi: "This place is huge."

"Ah!"

I saw that two students were leaving the building. I recognized that they were from the soccer club.

Student: "You're..."

Student: "They're in the middle of some drama right now."

Aoi, Shinsuke and I ran up to them.

"What happened?"

Student: "If you want to join the club, you should quit while you're ahead."

Student: "The soccer club's over now."

"Eh?"

Shinsuke: "What do you mean?!"

Student: "Just take our word for it and leave."

Then the two of them left.

Aoi: *whisper* "What rude guys."

I ran into the club room and heard some of them shouting.

Student: "I'm not gonna keep playing soccer when Fifth Sector has their eyes on us! That first-year Tsurugi is pretty darn scary too. We've put up with a lot already, but this is the limit!"

Shinsuke: "The atmosphere here is terrible..."

"It must be about what happened this morning."

Student: "Let's go already."

4 of the club members started leaving.

Hamano: "Hold up! Wait, wait! You guys serious?"

Amagi: "Hey!"

Student: "We're serious, Senpai."

Kurumada: "Are you just gonna let them, Shindou?!"

Shindou: "There's nothing I can do."

Kurumada: "But there has to be something!"

Aoyama: "The second team's over."

Student: "Ichino, Aoyama, we're going too."

3 more members got up.

Ichino: "Even you guys?"

Mizumori: "Us too."

Hamano: "Hey now, you guys too?"

Amagi: "You finally made it from the second team to the first, and now you're quitting?"

Kosaka: "We're afraid of Fifth Sector."

Mizumori: "Although it looks good on my student record if I stayed. But I'm not personally into soccer that much."

Kurumada: "How can you just say that?!"

Sangoku: "Stop it, Kurumada!"

Kurumada-senpai looked like he was ready to punch the two of them.

Kurumada: "But Sangoku! We'll all supposed to be facing the same issue here!" 

Shindou: "...Mizumori, Kosaka. Thanks for all you've done for us."

I stretch my arms out and stood in front of the door.

"Wait a moment! Wait! Please don't quit!"

Mizumori: "Sorry, we already have our minds set."

"But... I was really looking forward to playing soccer with all the upperclassmen at Raimon once I joined. Raimon's soccer club is my inspiration!"
