Mirai POV
"Are you really sure..."
Tenma: "I'm fine! Let's go!"
"Ah! T-Tenma-san!"
Tenma: "I'm off!"
"I-I'm off!"
Aki: "Have a good time!"
"T-Tenma-san!"
I ran after Tenma.
Tenma: "Ah! Morning, Aoi!"
Aoi: "Tenma? Morning! Ah, morning to you too Mirai-chan."
"M-Morning."
Aoi: "Tenma, should you really be up?"
"That's what I keep saying! After what Kirara-san did..."
Tenma: "I'm fine, really! It doesn't even hurt! In fact, I feel refreshed actually."
"Refreshed?"
Tenma: "Yeah!"
I look at Tenma. After what Kirara-san did, we took Tenma to the hospital... and the doctor said that Tenma was just fine...
Kirara-san didn't lie... about how Tenma would be fine. But, what did she do to him?
Aoi: "... The Nationals are finally on!"
Tenma: "Yeah. We can't afford to lose."
Aoi: "You're taking back real soccer, right?"
Tenma: "Yeah. If we all work hard, things will work out somehow!"
Aoi: "I'll be rooting for you two!"
Tenma: "Yeah!"
"Thank you, Aoi-san."
When we got to the gate we stopped and noticed someone new. He noticed us and just smiled back before going through the gate.
Aoi: "Now there's a new face."
Tenma: "Who is he?"
"A new student?"
The three looked at each other and wondered.
*Practice*
Endou: "Let me tell you upfront. From now on, Raimon will be fighting against the big dogs in the Nationals controlled by Fifth Sector. But remember that there's no such thing as an opponent you can't beat. As long as you work together, you can win. Right?"
Everyone: "Yes!"
Mirai: "Everyone's so pumped..."
Aoi: "Right?"
Midori: "You should too."
Midori kept teasing me during practice. But stopped when I overheard the team talking about Minamisawa-senpai.
I can't believe it, Minamisawa-senpai transferred...
*Ring*
After practice it was time for class. When the door opened and the teacher came in a student followed him.

Aoi: *whisper* "Tenma!"
Tenma: "Hm?"
Aoi: *whisper* "It's him."
The boy from this morning... I guess he is a transfer student.
Teacher: "Starting from today, Kariya Masaki-kun will be joining our class. Make him feel welcome, okay?"
Kariya: "I'm Kariya Masaki. Nice to meet you."
