Chapter seven

How many times has Olivia woken up in different places you may ask? You would start to lose count.

She woke to gasp for air as if someone had knocked the wind out of her. Her eyes darted frantically around the cement building she was in. She was laying on a couch that was fairly comfy considering it was leather, while three guys were standing around her with an unreadable expression on their faces.

Olivia's first instinct was to look for a possible exit or escape route, but she could barely keep her arms from giving out from under her as she tried to hold herself sitting up right on the couch.

Her memory wasn't the best considering the circumstances, but she could vaguely remember some events that had happened while she was drugged, such as her being in a car and then learning the names of the three that stood around her.

She thought hard to herself, trying to find the names that were hidden in the depths of her brain. Stiles, Scott, and Derek, slowly drifted to the front of her thoughts.

Is that even a real name? S T I L E S. What the hell is a Stiles? Like the weird stairs or fences? She was beyond confused as she looked the tall paler boy up and down, wondering if her subconscious just made up that name.

And the other one is Derek.

That name bounced around in her head even after the thought passed. Something about it was bothering her, but she couldn't understand the meaning of it.

Her heart was beating drastically fast in her chest, blood rushing through her ears. Her breath was scarce, thinking if she moved any further a course of action would happen, so she stayed still and just looked at them with hesitant eyes.

As her brown eyes found theirs, she just looked at them and they just stared back– especially the older dude. He was looking at Olivia oddly and frankly, it just made her more uncomfortable than she already was.

They all just stood there, no one said a word as the silence started to seep into every inch of the room they all stood in making it unbearable to the point where Stiles had to break the silence.

He cleared his throat nervously, "Do you remember what's happened these past few days?" He asked with his hazelnut eyes studying her own timid ones.

Olivia nodded slowly and adjusted herself on the couch up into a comfortable sitting up position.

How could she not remember her running through the woods as her life literally depended on it? Along with her whole family practically being massacred because of her.

"If you don't mind me asking, what do you remember from before you ran into me?" Scott asked calmly as he could, not wanting to come off as harsh or scary.
